Complete Computer Solutions — Local services in Hayward

I recently cracked the screen on my Lenovo laptop. I googled computer repair companies and this business was the first I seen. I thought about calling but realized they are only a few blocks away so I stopped by their office this morning. I was given the best news that my laptop's screen can be replaced. The gentleman ordered a new screen. In the meantime he loaned me an HDMI cord to plug my laptop into another screen to use it. I wanted to let others know that there are great people in business out there that really care about people and not just the mighty dollar. This may not be a big deal to others but is is to me. I brought my computer to CCS not knowing exactly what the problem was. Deni kept me updated regularly while he tried to figure out what the problem was. Once he did, he contacted the company on my behalf to get a recall done. Not only that, when I had to bring it back because of different issues, he worked tirelessly to figure out what was going on and explained everything to me very clearly. I can’t thank Craig, Denni, and the entire Complete Computer Solutions in Hayward WI crew enough! They put together a wonderful computer for me, and I’ve been enjoying it so much. Today, Craig even tried to help me set up my sound speakers. I finally figured it out—it was just a setting I had to enable for my “Realtek” speakers.
