I took my wife here for breakfast, and boy did the manager/cook get a attitude because my wife wanted too substitute her meat for one egg, because my wife doesn't eat meat anymore. We even offered to pay the difference. She All turned her nose and said no several times loud over one question, on top of telling the cashier in Spanish who was very nice and sweet mite I add. We need to pick something else or order the two eggs item or find another place, all over asking to substitute. It's a yes or no question, with those paper thin eggs that wasn't even fried like My wife asked. It was scrambled then fried. On top of everything,she couldn't even speak English good working at Nation. I don't like when people come from other countries, and treat people crappy at a place I grew up dinning my whole life, Most of these fast food places are beginning to have rude customers service and I'm not going to keep giving my money to people handling my food with an attitude, they...

Love this shopping area. This Nations location is very sad however, no matter when I've gone. It can be a slow time of the day, there can be 4 people in the grill area, and yet the wait times are unnecessarily slow. Often there is too much talking going on between the grill employees which seems like it's more social than work related causing slow down of the process of getting the orders out. About half the time I go to that Nations , there is a mistake with my order. I've had great experiences with all other Nations restaurants. It's just this location ,where I go perhaps 10 times a year--WHEN I DONT HAVE TIME TO GO TO SAN LEANDRO OR CASTRO VALLEY OR PLEASANTON, that is unsatisfactory. This location on West Harder needs much improvement. I absolutely hate this Lucky's location the staff is still miserable and unfriendly. They should be grateful they still have a job considering how disrespectful they're to people I will avoid this location at all cost. I hope management is looked at for keeping certain cashier's that hate their position at their job. And let's not forget to talk about the people on sales floor produce stockers are unresponsive to asking for help is insane or not even acknowledged when being asked for help. And then there's 1 stocker he has salty long hair he's the worst attitude when asking for help finding product in store.
