Avoid this location! I got sick after eating here.
I placed an online order as a rewards member and went to pick it up. When I arrived, the worker picked up my receipt from the counter, studied it for a long time, and then said, "We got it." Instead of preparing fresh food, he deliberately put together an order using the oldest items available.
The chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp for so long that the crust had darkened, making it look like spicy chicken, but it was just overcooked. The fries barely filled the small white container (not the usual Popeyes fry bag). I had ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings for my daughter, but they were so dried out—like jerky on the inside—and barely had any sauce. The biscuits were hard and stale instead of soft and buttery.
I got home and, feeling hungry, started eating, initially thinking they had mistakenly given me spicy chicken because of its dark color. About halfway through a piece, along with a bite of the biscuit, I suddenly felt sick and had to throw up. It was a complete waste of $25.
This wasn’t my usual location, and I was extremely disappointed. The worker intentionally chose the oldest food, and his bad attitude made it clear he didn’t care about customer service. If he personally believes online orders should be treated poorly, he shouldn't be working in food service.

Got home with two orders of mild tenders - I cannot eat the breaded tenders. The ice machine was also out of orders as well as the Diet Coke. I tried and tried calling that night and the next day but it just rang and rang. I went back the next day and complained. I asked if they ever answered the phone and she told me the phone had been out of order and the owner just fixed it an hour ago. The manager even denied the ice machine was out of order even though the out of order sign was still on the machine. She finally wrote free food on the receipt and signed it.
