Food is always great. However, they will not allow you to use the restroom due to the pandemic. I was wearing my scrubs with my name badge on stating home health therapist. I also explained to the lady that I was a home health worker making my way back home to Sacramento but her response, again, out of service”. I asked her for a cup and she said “for ice”. I said “no, I live in Sacramento and I need to pee.” I urinated in the cup while squatting behind the bushes next to the side of the building. I bought 18.00 worth of food that day. I should have been allowed to use the toilet. I always purchase something where I use the restroom. It’s funny how healthcare workers are praised for their service but not allowed to use the restroom. I will no longer be a customer at this establishment. This isn’t the only business I am boycotting. There loads and loads of health care workers silently boycotting businesses for this...

Absolutely horrible place. I walked in the door and wanted a salad and I couldn’t see the menu up on the wall, so I asked for a menu and they said they didn’t have any. The cashier walked away and came back with a menu and I asked out of the three salads what was in the first one what was in the second one and what was in the third one because they were all different so I could select one. He didn’t even know what was in the salads and he kept pointing to the menu above me that I couldn’t see so I said never mind. He wasn’t friendly at all he wasn’t helpful at all he stood there like he was annoyed and bothered by my questions when I’m trying to order some thing that I’m going to enjoy. I will never ever go there and I will tell everyone how rude unprofessional and disrespectful it is to not try to help a customer who is buying some thing where you work or maybe you’re the owner you should be ashamed of...

They over charge here I asked for sweet and sour chicken katsu and ask for half plain they charged me 2 extra dollars and I ask for a can of soda and they charged me for a bottle instead when I got my food it was all plain and they gave me sweet and sour packages and told me I can add it my self after they over charge me and they couldn’t do it them selves or explain why the over charge they said I got 2 chicken types when I only order half plain this is the last time I come here please ask to confirm your order before they scam you my order came out to almost 18 dollars for a plate...
