I visited this location over the weekend, in town from Houston - a family walked in (husband was of color) they purchased men shorts, the husband unable to try the shorts on purchased the item with no question. The man then came back and asked to exchange for a bigger size. He was told NO. The wife, who was white then walked back in and asked to RETURN the item and was allowed to with no question. The wife spoke up and addressed her concern but OMG - I couldn't believe what I witnessed. Not to mention I am of color. The wife was shaking as she spoke to the assistance manager - who was the one who refused to exchange the shorts in the first place. I was waiting in line to purchase a few items... But no way. I dropped every item and walked out. I refuse to give my money to any place like this. Come on, it's 2020. We are all equal. If this is how you treat customers... No way.
