I am forever grateful to the owner, her daughter, and employee during my visit. I was looking for a princess dress for my mother's funeral. She wanted to be dressed like a princess, when she is layed to rest at her final resting place. I went in there feeling overwhelmed, not knowing what to get in her size( plus size) white dress. Not wanting to be there with that responsibility. I didn't find a white dress like my mother wanted, but could have had it if I wasn't in such a rush. ( they can order it in different sizes and have a great selection) The dress we picked out was champagne colored dress I called my sister, ( she loved it) but mentioned that mom hated to show her arms. These ladies said no problem we can tailor it with the same material as the dress, giving it sleeves that come down the arm. I left there feeling absolutely happy, I had met these wonderful, amazing women, and that they were there for me, when I broke down in tears . The owner also cried with me and gave me a gift that I will bury my mother with. A beautiful Rosary. She even gave me a great discount on the dress. Begin there is a memory, I will have with me, always. ( The picture attached is "as is" , I will be picking up the dress tailored with sleeves tomorrow) The following day, we were told by the funeral home that a see through sleeves would have to be covered, her arms and neck would have to be covered. Not knowing what to do I went back to these ladies, they made a silk shawl that would be able to wrap, her arms and neck up as necessary. This place is amazing. After a few dress shops and just being over the whole ordeal we stopped in this place for one last try... from the moment we walked in they were so nice. I explained I needed a dress for my daughters Quinceanera, that she last minute decided to have ( its in 3 months, and the other places wanted me to pay a huge fee to special order since I had less than 6 months) Angie was asked all about what she was looking for and the woman had her try on a dress so they could size her and she looked gorgeous! We then picked a dress from a book and they ordered it for us. No extra fees and they completely understood when I told them I was on a budget and didn't make me feel bad at all. The entire staff was just so friendly, they really cared about was important to myself and my daughter and we felt so good about the dress we ordered when we left. Also, they dress came in less than a week.

Today we went in and did our fitting and the dress fit perfectly! It was also exactly what she was looking for, they did a perfect job helping her pick it out. They all told my my daughter what a beautiful dress she picked out and how great she looked in it. My daughter can be a bit self conscious so I was so happy that they went above and beyond to make her feel beautiful and special. If you need a dress THIS IS THE PLACE! I did a lot of research as to where to go to buy my junior prom dress. After going to several places that had little to no diversity in dresses, no hospitality or real constructive informations about any services they provide, I decided to go to Las Bonitas. As soon as I came in, the employees all welcomed me and asked what I was looking for, what type of dress I would like and they showed sincere care and interest as to what I wanted. I tried on several dresses and they were very attentive as to what looked best on me, what I wanted and what was within my budget. When some of the dresses didn't work, they gave me a range of catalogs to look and at the same time, having a pleasant conversation with me. When they would show me certain dresses, I would tell them the aspects I liked and didn't like about it. They were very kind and driven to find the dress I wanted. At one point, it was all of us looking through pages of catalogs. Then I finally found the one perfect dress and I absolutely loved it. I live about an hour away from Hayward but it didn't matter because I finally found the dress I wanted in an environment that I felt welcomed and comfortable in.
