Don’t think these nail techs know what regular nail polish is anymore…went in to take off gel polish that I had just gotten done else where a week ago ( even though I asked for regular polish there too). I had to sit through and say no to all of her suggestions to get gel, dip, overlay and any other service she could mustard up. She tried to convince me that the regular polish would be gone in a day. Not to mention she filed my nails so short without asking me. I had to pull my hand away because I like my natural nails long. When I did she said she had to file it short because it was cracked a little on the side. Yes, I had two nails chipping on the side….but what does that have to do with the top?? Just file the nail on the cracked side and shape it😫 then she starts to paint my nails and I ask her if the polish was gel and she sat there and lied in my face and said no. The bootle clearly read gel!! And she had me place my nails under that light machine fir fell nails. Just give me what I asked for pleasssssssss!!! She changed me $21 just to take off gel polish and repaint with “regular”. I tried to tip her and she would not except my tip. Probably because she added that in the 21 bucks already😯Not going back here!! It’s not the cleanest...

I used to go to this nail shop as a teenager and that’s when the Son worked there idk if he still does because I didn’t see him there when I was there. There were 3 faces I remembered from back then. But ima say this the price was good it was only $40 for a pedicure and they were my last resort that day. The man that did my toes did okay until I just noticed yesterday he didn’t even paint my pinky toe. I never paid attention to all my toes n that’s my fault. I went on vacation n came back n noticed then that it was never painted. I got my eyebrows done like back in the day and she had me lookin crazzzzyyyyyyy. My eyebrows were thick n boxed shaped again my last resort she showed me and I said “ ohhhhhh no I don’t like this please smaller and no eyebrow pencil and after that they looked good. I saw the reviews which gave mixed feelings bug still gave them a shot and I won’t be going back. Maybe I just came on the wrong day idk but I was hoping to prove the reviews wrong but I’m with alot if other people smh this not the spot...

0 stars. Underarm wax left me bleeding!!!!!

Last time I came here the lady messed up my eyebrows (waxing) and tried to cover it up with eyebrow pencil to cover it up. Never had someone do that before but whatever it’ll grow back.

Today I got a pedicure, horrible job on the polish didn’t clean it up. Then I got my underarms waxed and mind you I’ve had it done a million times and got used to the pain overtime but this lady is so rough you’d think she’s a sadist by the way she yanks out the wax strip!!! Then I noticed my underarm was bleeding which never happened and should never ever happen!Not only did she not apologize, whatever she didn’t have to if she’s not sorry for making me bleed, but to not say anything at all is ludicrous!

I am home now with an underarm that stings. Hope I don’t get an infection or anything. These people...
