🛑 Advertencia 🛑. escribo este review para que tengan cuidado yo fui a este local Guadalajara ice cream parlor en hayward el dia 3 de Julio 2024 y no me di cuenta que me cobraron 2 veses y yo me di cuenta porque cheque mi estado de cuenta pero pense que pudo aver sido un error llame al local Guadalajara ice cream parlor y me dijieron que me iva a devolver mi dinero pero que llevara mi conprovante de mi banco dije pero yo vivo a 4 horas como es posible pero bueno asedi la primera vez lleve un comprovante del banco y que me dicen que no que eso no servia pero dije ay esta las dos cobros que me hicieron el mismo dia con la misma cantidad y la segunda fui de nuevo y que no que porque estaba tapadas mis otras trasaciones ( La tape por mi privacidad ) me dijieron que el dueño tiene que aprovar la transacion , error que yo no tube culpa pero me dijieron que volviera pero no puedo ir cada rato ya que yo vivo lejos a 4 horas de mi casa les pedi que por favor me llamaran para que nos pongamos de acuerdo para que me regresen mi dinero que no es poco ( $ 97.39 ) pero asta el momento ( 19 de Septiembre 2024)no e recivido llamada de ellos pero yo e estado llamando durante este tiempo y siempre es lo mismo que el dueño no a autorisado nada y que ellas no saben nada y que no soy la unica que a pasado por eso que ay mas personas que tambien les an cobrado mas de una vez. solo les pido que no vayan a este local y si van que chequen su estado de cuenta cuando pagen con su tarjeta ya que no soy la unica ni la ultima. yo no recomiendo este negocio a nadien.

I went to this Guadalajara Ice Cream Parlor location in Hayward on July 3, 2024 and I did not realize that they charged me twice and I realized because I checked my account statement but I thought it could have been a mistake. I called the Guadalajara Ice Cream Parlor location and they told me that they were going to give me my money back but that I should bring my proof from my bank. I said but I live 4 hours away how is that possible but well I did it. The first time I brought a proof from the bank and they told me no, that that was useless but I said oh these are the two charges that they made me on the same day with the same amount and the second time I went again and no, because my other transactions were covered (I covered it for my privacy) they told me that the owner has to approve the transaction, an error that was not my fault but they told me to come back but I can't go every time since I live 4 hours away from my house. I asked them to please call me so that we can agree to that they return my money which is not small ($ 97.39) but up to now (September 19, 2024) I have not received a call from them but I have been calling during this time and it is always the same that the owner has not authorized anything and that they do not know anything and that I am not the only one who has gone through this that there are more people who have also been charged more than once. I only ask you not to go to this location and if you go, check your account statement when you pay with your card since I am not the only one or the last. I do not recommend this...

Im originally from Guadalajara, orgullosamente. Sometimes when I see places like these with the name, I expect the nostalgic yummy traditional flavors. One star because my kids love the crepes 👌🏽 The employees never know which ice cream flavor is which. They only offer to try them. The fresas con crema tasted like artificial strawberry syrup with fake spray cream; not sweet natural cream. We asked for guava ice cream, got gum flavored, we also asked for “cajeta” which the employee responded it WAS cajeta. Tasted like vanilla artificial caramel. We got a biónico to try and the cream tastes like something watery. 🤢 The Tejuino was OK; I love Tejuino, I grew up drinking it and my uncles are Tejuineros for the past 40 years all over Guadalajara. Lastly, we asked management if they have a flavor menu/ would post one. Their response was they have over 50 flavors… still what are they? Maybe I’m blind and couldn’t find them posted.

I’ll take my nostalgia back home and make the traditional treats myself....

My first time going and I’m really apset with my visit, bad service, long wait time for your food, rude employees, I hade to repeat my order multiple times because they kept forgetting and even got my order wrong 😑. I hade asked for a gaspacho with jicama, pineapple, and mango. I told her to make sure not to mix it with papaya because I’m allergic to it, she gave me mango, pineapple, and papaya 😵 not only that but I also asked for a chicharrón preparado and it ended up coming with a fly 🤢 in it I tried asking for a new one but she just took the fly out and tried giving it to me 🤮. I ended up having to tell her to remake it sadly that one ended up coming with a hair in it 😢. I am very disappointed with my visit her and will not be coming here again, do not suggest...
