Horrible customer service!!!!! I ordered for delivery and my soup was spilled all over my food. I told the delivery person about it and they ignored me. I decided not to give them tip. So when I go to sign the receipt I just put my total. The delivery person kept insisting that I give her some money!!!!!!! I literally had to shut my door because she wouldn’t leave. I called the restaurant and told the person in charge of what had happened and all she could say was that the soup is too hot that they try their best with packaging!!! She offered me another soup to to be delivered but she stated, do not touch anything until I get there. Like the whole point of me ordering food is that my family and I to eat!!!! She also told me to simply say no to the delivery person about the tip! Of which I did! I told her she needed to speak to her employees because that’s just not right! First time coming here. My Wife went & decided what we would have for dinner. She ordered Sweet & Sour Shrimp, Shrimp w/mixed vegetables (mostly shrimp& Broccoli), Kung Pao Shrimp, chicken Chow mein & 5 chicken egg rolls. She calls me after She leaves & is not happy containers are small & it cost $50.00! She comes Home & I see all these Shrimp dishes I said well You did get Lots of Shrimp. All Very good. BUT, if You want the same maybe not so much Shrimp go to Sisi Hong Kong in San Lorenzo. Very good maybe a bit bigger portion & less on the price. But since this is on Her way Home from work & Bbq Hawaiian was closed Might go here again. Try some other items. What we get at Sisi. Sweet & Sour Fish, Other items we get at Sisi's they don't have. I want to try seafood Crispy noodles w/tender greens & their tomato beef chow mein. They do Salt & Pepper dishes but, not eggplant. Time will see what we get...

They were amazing. From the jump, we walked in and we sat ourselves. Immediately after a lady with tea came which was perfect. Cause it was cold. I had a bigger appetite then my boyfriend so I was being picky with what I wanted but the family dinner for two was perfect came with a big bowl of soup and appetizer first and they served it to you, was beautiful. Very attentive service. When the food came I was surprised cause I though about ordering more appetizer cause it only had 4 potsticker and soup but the big bowl if soup was also a surprise! 🤗so when our food came a good build up was created and it was worth it. Quiet, typical decor but food authentic with the cultural experience to balance. Will definitely be going back, no doubt and to top bill wasn't about 30 bucks with plenty of leftover...
