My sister and I went shopping around for a headstone for her husband's one year ceremony, at every location we visited everything felt "fixed" to using their templates, however when we discovered Bras & Matos Monument our knowledgeable rep Ali took her time with us explaining all of our options, from pricing to the pros and cons of each type of stone and ideal time frame, etc. We designed a beautiful bronze on a black granite stone in such short noticed but they made it happened for us, so grateful for their commitment to meet our deadline for our one year headstone unveiling.

The quick and clear communication between you and your assigned rep is amazing, Ali went beyond her job description many times to assist us. I love how their graphic designer brought our custom vision to life, their advanced technology allowed us to remotely see proof of the progressed product and made multiple revisions as needed until we were satisfied with final result.

The team were very respectful in Following CDC guidelines with this pandemic, masks up and sanitizer available for customers plus of course social distancing. I had the pleasure of working with Mattos Monuments, Inc for my husband's headstone inspecific with Ryan. If I could give 10 stars I would. They have a high level of professionalism, knowledge, customer care and respect all around. They make you feel heard in your ideas and vision but also are able to help elevate them with the attention to detail they carry. The cemetery my husband is at in Napa, has a headstone company down the street that majority of people use. Couple weeks after my husband died, I went in there seeking more information and walked right out. The lady was rude, told me they couldn't make anything custom & that the granite I wanted was to expensive and she would show me something else. I went home and googled and came across Mattos Monuments, best choice I made. From even just the initial email I knew Mattos was going to a success. We came in for a consultation and Ryan made us feel at home, he made us feel welcomed, he showed me everything I asked for. During the process, he was always clear about the pricing and timeliness.
