Id waited months to watch a certain movie. So.. I go, I pay,..15 minutes into the movie, I'm outside in the parking lot because this group of loud, rude, disrespectful annoying teenagers, who have been shushed multiple times by others, dont have the sense or decency to act like humans. So, I get up, and I go complain. The guy tells me that he will "take care of it." I go back into the movie, its even worse with those kids being loud and obnoxious, so I ask for a refund. Thing is, the guy I complained to, didn't even go in there. I guess he thought it was funny. Horrible experience! For the price that it costs to watch a movie at a theater, you would think you could watch your movie and not have all kinds of noise! Not even half way through the movie, employees were cutting up in the lobby. They were all so loud, you could hardly hear the movie! In my opinion that was ridiculous and very uncalled for! First time and the LAST time we will ever go to this theater! We will happily drive to Norton, VA to watch a movie from here on out!
