We ordered a sectional sofa with a chaise that would only fit in our livingroom if configured one way. When we received our sectional, it was configured backwards. We waited 6 weeks for our original sofa due to COVID and had already got rid of our existing livingroom furniture. I was not happy and called the store and got Maia. She was phenomenal. She was calm, polite and professional even when I was upset (and at times, probably a bit rude). I told her I needed the correct sectional I ordered that day. She jumped through hoops to help me get the store display (which was configured how we needed it) at a discount, to our home the same day. I paid and immediately the next day they said it’s going to arrive. They said 2-3 weeks so I planned accordingly. I was told in text to cancel by 2:00PM that day. I called that morning and was told it’s too late. From when I paid, it was less than 24 hours to delivery. Other tenants live at that house. I was told they can’t cancel, it’s too late.    Read moreWent to the Hazle Twp location shopping for a new sectional sofa. I found one I really liked but I wanted to replace one of the stationary chairs with another reclining armed chair . The sales girl said she wasn't sure if they could do that but would inquire about it & give me a call, obviously I realized that would increase the cost of the sectional and that was not an issue . So now it's been 3 weeks but no call from them, guess they don't need my business , so I went to Raymour & Flanigan, what a difference in customer service! No problems!
