I bought a Hyundai Elantra from them this past week. The whole process went very smooth, and my sales person Butch was awesome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
Edit. After only have the car for 6 months I heard rumors of the dealership closing. It was covered by alot of local news outlets. If that is true I understand things happen,BUT my issue is I never, still to this day, heard anything from the dealership! Not a phone call telling me that they are staying opened or closing. Nothing, not a word. I called them early September, and they said that they are not closing! They told me they have to restaff because they lost all of their machanics. So told me I could not make a apt for a oil change until they get staff. They told me 2 to 3 weeks.wdll it is now the first week of October And still,nothing! Not a phone call or an update or anything. This dealership is pathetic, spend over 20k on a product And can't have the decency to even give me a phone call. They know my address. they took enough info.The salesman Keith was nice enough but the manager Anthony Servedio said I had to have insurance voucher prior to purchase. My insurance covers whatever I buy. I have full coverage on 3 vehicles at present and have bought 2 new cars in past 2 years so I know I buy the car , they do the title transfer and once it's mine I am responsible for insurance , not the dealer, but unfortunately they don't have a finance person there for the hours that they sell cars. And you can't take your car home. I would have been more angry if I had driven far to get there and they couldn't finish the paperwork. Read moreThis is an updated review. The first time I visited Hazleton Hyundai, the person at the welcoming desk was unpleasant, the manager I spoke with was also kind of ignorant. Finally the sales person I spoke with was great and I ended up purchasing a vehicle, despite the initial interaction. Still never heard from any of the managers after purchasing, probably because they were preoccupied with whatever shady business they were in because it looks like they are shot down. The finance person was great as well. 2 months after I purchased the car, it looks like they are no longer in business. Cars gone, cannot even schedule service, which was supposed to be lifetime.
