I purchased a 2025 Honda pilot trail sport this weekend. I could not be happier with the service I was provided. I worked with Eduardo and Ana. Ana Answered every one of my dumb questions before I made the trek to Hazelton Honda. I had a bunch of dumb questions and she made sure to get the answer on every single one. I explained that I had little kids and she made sure that as much of the process that could be done before I arrived was done so that I had to spend minimal time at the shop. I asked her to run up some numbers for me and she did that before I ever even left my house. She text messaged me the quote. I ended up getting there super late because I left my checkbook at home and had to turn Around and get it. She and the staff were more than accommodating eventhough I was late. Eduardo picked up where Ana left off. When I got there, he had the vehicle pulled into the shop so that it would be warm since I have little kids. He was so kind and helpful. The paperwork was actually surprisingly minimal compared to other paperwork I’ve done to buy a car. Everything was basically automated and very easy to get through. Eduardo was still helping me even when the lights went out at the shop. I had to tell him to go home. The purchase itself involved no haggling. I already got $3000 off the sticker price which the closest dealership to me was not giving, hence my decision to buy from them. They gave me a very fair trade-in value for my super old car. The trail sport came with its own set of mats that are very similar to weather tech. It came with a hitch and a free inside and outside ceramic coat. Most of all, I enjoyed how down to earth and nice everyone was. I also like that nobody was trying too hard. I’ve been to a few dealerships recently, and the salesman are way overdressed and trying way too hard which makes me worried. If your product is good, people will buy. Everyone was either in some sort of a uniform or some sort of business casual attire. I specifically loved that there were women there because I think a lot of dealerships mainly have men selling cars. The place was spotless. Bathrooms were absolutely spotless. Vending machine machines were awesome. Eduardo interacted with my kids and helped my husband switch the kids from the old car to the new car and grabbed anything we may have forgotten from the old car. I not onlg had a good experience, but I had the kind of experience that just left me thinking that that’s where I wanna go Next time I buy a car. Sounds like they also are now operating Hazelton Hyundai. I also have a Hyundai palisade which I couldn’t be happier with however, the purchase of the car was a little bit more annoying And the staff were definitely not personable.. Eduardo told me that he is certified for Hyundai now and I would certainly deal with him again for another Honda or another Hyundai.
Eduardo and Ana, thank you. You were wonderful. Anthony in financing, thank you for making the final process so easy. I didn’t give you enough credit in this post but you were great. Thank you for running my numbers ahead of time for me. I forget The name of the guy who went over the warranty packages with me. I apologize because I was so Busy setting up the insurance that I was having difficulty understanding you. You did a nice job working with me and Got me a Warranty package that I liked. I do feel that the warranty part of buying any car is the most difficult part. People are tapped out, busy getting insurance set up, and warranty really takes some one on one. I wish i had more time with warranty but we were running short on time. Anyhow I got a nice warranty on the vehicle. 6 yrs, replacement fabs, and paint and dent and tire.
Highly recommend. Thank you Honda...
Read moreJust had to stop in to see what all the buzz was about... appeared to me Hondas were either selling fast or their lot was getting bigger. Soon as I walked in the showroom doors, I was greeted by one of my neighbors, Kat Warner! I never knew such a conviviably-friendly, knowledgeable professional would be helping me get acquainted with growing interest to find my next new vehicle! First, Kat Warner got some particulars about the kind of vehicle (dare I say 'car'?) would best suit my needs. We chatted a bit.... well, maybe more than just a 'bit'. Turns out, I found beautiful colors available too! We zoned-in on a choice between a CRV & an HRV (plenty room & comfort for me). Then, Pat Warner gathered-up essentials to go out to her lot, and take closer looks at both vehicles, familiarize myself w essential controls, and go for a test drive! The rest was history. Such a smooth driving experience I cannot recall since being chauffeured by a professional driver, in a limousine! The steering was perfect, no traffic sounds, comfortable seating (w plenty leg room), climate control, and very ergonomic, driver-friendly controls (unlike some vehicles designed to confuse drivers). Both cars had several critical additions, I find most-excellent embelishments to my driving safer, in today's driving climate. I particularly value the "blind spot alerts" informing driver a passing vehicle's presence (on either side) where a mirror, by itself, is not enough; to insure an on-going pleasant trip! Both cars I tested are all-wheel drive; so I will enjoy much better control in snow. Yet, the average MPG is excellent! The HRV (hybrid) offers an advantage for local driving; involving traffic stops (regenerative braking). However, if I intend to do mostly interstate driving, the CRV (costing bout 10k less), might be a better choice for me. Nevetheless, the HRV is still in my sights, not only because it's the last one on the lot, but also because I plan to use the car for more respectful use of energy conversion. (Instead of brakes converting kinetic energy into heating our environment, the HRV converts it back to driving energy...saving fuel.) Because I'm slower at learning new technologies, I appreciate the forethought Honda design engineers employed, to make all this high-tech science both work in harmony (for seamless operation), and, for prospective, new owners to rekindle pleasure of driving and safer driving, at that!! It must take great patience, for any salesman to bear with a slow-buying customer, such as myself. Yet, Kat Warner never let me down. Is it because I live in a wonderful neighborhood, that dreams are made of? Yes, I do very much appreciate all my wonderful neighbors; as they unfailingly make me feel appreciated as well !!! When I decide on which car will suit me Best, I will need to complete my business w Kat Warner, of...
Read moreJeremy actively listened to what I wanted and needed and went above and beyond helping me purchase the new car I wanted with everything I wanted. As a customer who’s car was deemed un-repairable unexpectedly, I was nervous about what I could finance with only having a week with the rental. With the Honda dealerships in my area, none had the one I wanted, my search went to looking online and I was brought to this dealership. It’s 2 1/2 hours from my house but I still decided to give them a call. I was then given to the salesman Jeremy and he not only understood my concerns but he also did everything he could to help me and made the entire process a breeze! They only hit my credit once! And found me the best deal with a bank for my financial needs! Their warranty options are incredible and definitely worth considering. The sales environment was not pushy, they heard what I needed and offered me the best solution to meet my concerns and it was absolutely above my expectations. I’m so glad I made the trip, it was completely worth the drive! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I don’t want them to go unnoticed either! I highly recommend this Honda dealership!
Update: It has been about 3 days now with my car and I absolutely love it! I wanted to update my review because I forgot to mention the excellent customer service Sneki had when I first called the dealership. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have met Jeremy and I wouldn’t have gotten this amazing car! This platform doesn’t allow me to leave a second review and I wanted emphasize the work that a simple phone conversation I had with her is the main reason why I am so pleased with this entire experience. People that see this review might get bored by the time they read this part but people like me who take reviews seriously I hope this is helpful for your experience and dealership choice! This is coming from me who has a billion different Honda dealerships near me and not one of them were as friendly and understanding as this one! Thank you again so much!
Update: It has been almost 3 years with my new car and I...
