Update 2-24-25: a manager called me back today & I explained what happened. He was very nice and helpful and offered to refund me for the incomplete wash and the trouble with the aroma/vacuum machines. Changing review to 4 stars. ———————————————

It used to be very good but has gone downhill. It is now an up charge to get your car dried and it never used to be. Not a big deal, if the dryers worked well. My car came out looking streaked and rough/not clean. Additionally, they just put in new vacuums at $1.75 a pop, which is also fine however they added this “aroma” thing to it and it defaulted to aroma (which is literally just a wet and highly greasy liquid that you are supposed to spray into your car under the seats and what not. So it took my $1.75 in quarters and gave me the aroma thing which I absolutely didn’t want. I went to use my last 2 dollars to get MORE change and the machine gave me 2 tokens. Which would have been fine, had the vacuums accepted tokens. But nope, on the machine it was quarters only. So why have a change machine they gives tokens?? At this point I had exhausted my coins and cash and only had a $20. I walked all around and knocked on the employee doors but no one was there. I called the number but it went to VM. Explained the situation and no one called me back. Massive waste of time and very disappointed all around.

Definitely don't recommend going here. Put money in some of the machines did not get my product, did not get my money back. Went to swipe my card in the self clean car wash... It did not take so I swiped it again. It did not work. Here I was thinking maybe I was swiping the strip the wrong way after the third swipe it went through yet it charged me for the previous swipes after not confirming it and the car wash services did not turn on the first two times I swiped the card So I assumed that it did not go through. Wells Fargo contacted me a short while afterwards saying that they detected fraud. I am starting to think that this car wash gathers information and uses it in wrongful ways. Avoid going here. The service provided was terrific!!! My perfectly squeaky clean car proves that. The service begins with the machine delicately applying soap to my beloved vehicle, and thengoes into pressure washing my beautiful navy blue hyundai santa fe with just the right amount of pressure! The last step is the reason I will forever continue to come back to this car wash. Typically carwashes can’t properly dry down my deeply adored car named “spike” which he doesn’t like. My baby boy spike enjoys being perfectly dry after a bath (meaning the car wash) and Classic Car Wash does just that.
