Vine Farmers Market — Local services in Hazleton

Vine's Farmers Market is the Dominican/Latin version of the wonderful Pennsylvania Dutch farmers markets. I recently arrived at Hometown PA and greatly missed the Spanish oriented produce, but especially the fresh herbs like cilantro and more rare, culantro. They stock all the normal produce we buy at supermarkets, but have excellent Caribbean, South American regional foods and delicacies. The front of the building looks like ex-factory; very unattractive. The interior is no frills or decorations and rustic. However, I realized I found my treasure trove of Latin foods in bulk as well. Vine's Farmers Market sells in bulk on many products. I was wonderfully surprised. Forgot to mention the staff was hard working and helpful. What they lacked in fancy store decorations, they made up in a clean well...

I give 0 stars if I could. I went there first time to do some shopping and the first impression was feeling the vibe of that place, it is dead and depressing and the cashiers are not friendly. When I went the meat section to buy some fish and I called the butcher to ask a question the butcher didn't hear me and kept doing what he was doing like I was invisible. 0 estrella Pésimo servicio al cliente , compramos una orden grande por qué somos propietarios de un negocio y cuando fue el delivery a llevarla fue bastante grosero , muy mal vendedor , se puso a discutir con el dueño y a faltarle el respecto a decirle muchas grosería , esa discusión llegó bastante lejos que el delivery hizo gesto de sacar un arma que tenía enganchada y todos por que el dueño le estaba pagando con un cheque y según él no le dijeron que era con cheque dique que ellos no aceptan cheques a menos que le llenen una aplicación de crédito , es un muchacho muy inmaduro e encerrado y para el colmo le gusta mucho faltar el respeto , así no se trata un cliente ,el se cree muy dueño y con mucho derecho por que es supuestamente cuñado de la encargada con muchas más razón debería de tratar a sus cliente bien y más cuando se le compra en grande cantidad , jamás volveremos a hacerle ningún pedido 😡que pena que tengan...
