Problem is this store and others buy almost expired products then sell them for full price. I investigated this and uncovered unsavory practices.

An example is canned goods may have an expiration date 3 years out usually. Well this store the expiration dates are a week or less out. Meaning they buy things at a discounted rate, then put them on the shelf at the same price or higher then you would get a product that has a decent shelf life. Place is usually well stocked and clean. However the prices are double and sometimes triple the price of food you can get in any other store. Nothing makes the place unique. I stop in on rare occasion just to grab something I forgot while out. The lunch meat we tried once was awful. We ended up throwing it in the trash. Meat dept can use more monitoring as some of the meats were discolored. Employees are cold. They dont greet you or ask if you need help. Not once have I felt welcomed.
