So Iāll be as non bias as possible with this review to provide feedback and information. My gf and I baught a house and ordered 6 items of furniture from Ashleyās online store . This was pre thanksgiving 2024 . We recieved 2 items within a week and that was simple . The king size mattress , bed frame and 2 dressers took over 2 months to arrive . The technicians just delivered yesterday( Feb 4, 2025) and installed and did a fantastic job. I appreciate them . The issue was getting honest and accurate feedback from the Ashley furniture Helena store . I spoke with a few people over there while waiting for our bed to arrive . Keep in mind we were sleeping on an air mattress until our bed arrived. We communicated that to the Helena store and asked if the mattress could be delivered without the stand and they ignored our inquiry and responded with our order will arrive and they would contact me when it did. They told me 2nd week of December , then after another email the 1st week of January , then the the middle of janaury, ect . Iām not sure why they couldnāt tell when it was slated or scheduled to arrive or if they even knew that information. Anyways . I called at the end of January only to be informed that my items have all arrived and I could schedule the delivery . Thanks for letting me know guys, glad I called and was persistent. Their earliest availability was a week from that phone call and I had been patiently and kindly waiting . I did have to switch the delivery date and push it back 3 days due to life matters . Also I had asked for a discount during this process because their website said the furniture is usually delivered within 3 to 4 weeks . And they gave me the 1800 number to the online store , and then I was redirected back to the Helena store by them to ask for a discount . Lol. Keep in mind we ordered sometime mid November . Overall, love the furniture , happy with the delivery team . Extremely dissatisfied with the wait and misinformation on the Helena store. He worked until we had a deal that satisfied our needs. Unfortunately, he was not apparently not aware of the required distance our couches had to be from the wall. This was a deal breaker for our house.
When we went back to find replacement couches, he was not there to help us get a good deal. So we paid the same price for an inferior product. But we needed it soon and we live an hour away from the store, so coming back another day was not a good option either. I should also note that we had purchased the original couches on the last day of a sale, so we lost that sale price because we had to switch to another product. I felt that we should have been given the sale price on the second set because it wasn't our fault we were given false info on the first set, intentionally or not. I would still like to have this made right if Ashley Furniture is willing to look into it.
Once the couches arrived at the store, we were notified that delivery would be the next day during our work hours and no change in time was allowed. I had to take off work to meet the installers. Brendon W. and Josh quickly and carefully moved the couches and cocktail table into our house and set them up. I had been told they would walk us through the functions and answer any questions, but they did not offer any information, and only answered questions I asked to their ability. They were not completely familiar with all the buttons and had to struggle a little to get the LED lights under the edge of the couches to work. I don't think they had even hooked up the power cord for that option when I asked about it. They were friendly and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances.
Overall it was a good experience. But buyers beware of these...

We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted, financing application approved and ready, it could not have been an easier sale. We encountered an employee named Britney and when I saw she was awful, that is an understatement; she was absolutely terrible, not only was she incredibly rude to my husband and I, she was also incredibly rude to her coworkers such as our wonderful checkout girls, Vera and Gayle. I can understand that from a sales point that itās frustrating to sell someone elseās quote, but we had also brought in additional service that would have been sold under her name had she had an even remotely acceptable attitude, i instead steered my mom way clear of the woman and sent her to Scott, who was amazing. I have never ever been treated so poorly by someone whose entire job is a combination of sales and customer service, both of which she failed miserably at. I very rarely leave reviews, but this was our first experience purchasing furniture as a married couple, and this woman ruined that for us, we had planned at looking at mattresses, pictures to add to our bedroom and living room set and she made it so uncomfortable that we couldnāt even do that. I have NEVER been so upset by a salesperson in my life, and I leave this review to warn people to work with anyone there except Britney as the rest of them were great.
