Extremely disappointed with my trip to my local target saw online that they had GoPro hero 10 on sale and they had some in stock drove 45 minutes to the store and as I pulled into the store. I checked again and it said they still had some in stock so went to the back and checked the area and couldnāt find any so I asked an employee to check the back for me and see if he could find it. He then looked on his scanner and saw that they had at least 1 in stock at this point now so he went back to get it then after about 10 minutes, he came out and told me that they didnāt have it and that you canāt trust the website because itās never accurate⦠so complete waste of time for using the app.. and when I asked to speak to a manager he finally came over looking extremely unhappy to even talk to a customer.. I asked if he could double check again for me and he said that they were out without even a second of thought. I then asked him if he could honor the price for the next time they receive the item because I drove 45 minutes for something they said they had and ended up not having.. and all he said was no and canāt help you. The managers name was Robert I believe definitely wouldnāt recommend having him assist you in anyway. Definitely will be shopping other places instead of this target if I can choose to...

I was looking at some toys at the end of an aisle and an employee walked right in front of me to put something away and I was at a loss. Instead of having no-one at the technology station there was a younger kid with dark curly hair that was extremely helpful and outgoing, there were employees around every corner to help you, and everything seemed nice and tidyā¦until I came across Michelle. She was a lady with purple and black hair and was wearing a maskā¦and was easily the most unfriendly person I have ever met. I went to the guest service desk to pick up some higher priced headphones that were being held for me, and when I got there I wasnāt greeted by this lady, I was ignored. She just stood there staring at her feet. And when I finally got her attention, she just stared at me and acted like I was an inconvenience ā¹ļø Now, I understand sheās probably around 45 years old and still working at a target, but at least show some pride in your work.
