If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went out to dinner with my mom dad and brother. We all ordered wings. Our order was messed up so we asked that it would be fixed and sent to us again. Our food came out the second time and it was UNCOOKED. We at the time thought that it was strange that it came out quick but being hungry at the time we just ate. I had two bites of my food and then stopped eating it because it tasted weird. The next day my mom, brother and I were at a store and my brother all of a sudden ran out to the parking lot a puked, a couple hours later my mom felt nausea and so did I. We were unsure why/ how we all felt sick. Later that evening my dad started having all the same symptoms as us nausea, hurt stomach, and diarrhea. We all were confused how all of us were sick and got symptoms of the same thing in such a short amount of time. We all went to the doctor the next day as things were getting worse. And they just thought it was a viral illness so we were sent home with antibiotics and orders to rest. A few days go by and then my mom started POOPING AND PEEING BLOOD. So she goes back to the doctor and get tested for several illnesses. And then we figured out all 4 of us had a bacterial infection called campylobacter infection. This was a infection that attacked the body but was given by un cooked chicken and other meats...... long story short our family was sick for a month and a half because of this uncooked chicken they served us. I lost a lot of weight because of being to sick to eat/ retain food. Finally I was not ill after several weeks and I was sick just until the last week before school. I had a good time at BWW and as i was sitting there i noticed three employees, two females and i one of the males, standing next to the in and out door by the bar talking, and it didn’t sound like it was professional talk. And they were speaking loud enough for the people at the bar and the people at the bar table to hear. Not very professional especially in a restaurant business. I do want to give a shout out to our server and one if the male employees there. Veronica is amazing especially with waiting tables. She remembered all of what we wanted, checked up on us frequently, refilled our drinks. Great work. And Reese, i saw him carrying towers of cups, i assume clean, and is bussing tables and sweeping the floors and carrying dishes to the back to be cleaned. Veronica and Reese are hard workers and i think they deserve a raise. I appreciate hard workers like that, i use to work in the restaurant industry and i know workers who work their butts off, instead of talking loudly in an attitude tone, or going over to front desk area to show a couple more employees something funny on their phone. Thats not acceptable, even if the employee isn’t on shift while others are, thats not okay. Food is great. Order food to go on 11/5/2020. After getting home I realized that they did not give me fries with my meal. My fiance ran all the way back to get me my fries. He waited for ever to get them and on top of that they weren't going to do anything else for the inconvenience of us running back just because they messed up on our order. He asked for the manager and the manager said that she would give him a voucher for their mess up. She disappeared for 15 minutes while waiting for her return my fiance watched my fries just sit there to get cold. Another lady got involved and said she would write his name down in the back for a credit towards our next order. Who knows if this is actually going to happen. In this time frame my fiance watched 4 other customers walk in to complain that they order was wrong. Management really needs to focus on upset customer to fix issues rather than satisfying a customer that is already happy. We go to bdubs every week and this was one of the worst experiences that we've had very disappointed. And on top of that my fries were ice cold by the time he got home. So unfortunately I had to warm up my food as well as my fiancee food. Could of at least offered to remake his food for free. This location needs Management...
