My husband and I bought out 12 year old son a brand new Easton baseball bat $160 from this establishment for Christmas. Monday 12/26/22 he had indoor practice and the bat broke while my son was using it on toss up balls from his coach. My son maybe got 5 swings/hits with this bat. My husband Tuesday called Play again sports and explained to an employee what had happened and asked if there was anything we could do. We didn't want a refund just wanted store credit if possible to go towards another purchase of another bat of our son's choice. We were even willing to spend more money if need be to get our son another bat considering it was his Christmas gift. The employee on the phone Tuesday said they were so sorry to hear about the malfunction of the bat and to bring it in and they would figure something out. Thursday my husband and son bring in the damaged bat and the debit card we used to purchase. The employees in there didn't even listen to my husband just told him since there was no original plastic wrapping from the bat, there was nothing they could do and were not even willing to look up the transaction. Before this incident we had shopped and traded sport items with this establishment, and now we won't be back. So frustrating that this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWould literally give 0 stars if I could. The owners of the store have terrible customer service. Itās a shame the bighorns/hayha does any business with them. We have had two separate occasions where the owners have singled out a child about a jersey or other apparel. A jersey they was purchased through them and made by them. The comments that were made were absolutely appalling considering it was in regards to a child. Will absolutely never do any business with them. Itās a shame, I would love to support a local business but at this rate I would much rather support a big box store who has better customer service.
Play It Again Sports - Helena, MT that is not true actually. He plays hockey for HAYHA and there was an incident with a jersey that was made for the travel team. Jen was the one who made the comments and I am more than happy to remind her if thatās the case. I do know there are two sides to every story, but there were more than just him in the store that can confirm. Also, knowing the comments and accusations Jen made about the jersey to others makes me believe that being āsuper politeā probably wasnāt the case. Isnāt the company that prints the bighorns logo wear also owned by you though? So basically the same...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: Owner was amazing at trying to correct this issue. He went out of his way to get ahold of us and find a solution. He offered us a few different options and allowed us our choice. He was kind and respectful when speaking with my husband. I appreciate how he handled the whole situation.
Every experience I have ever had with this store has been terrible. Nobody in the store has any professionalism about them. I have given them multiple chances to change my mind but today was the final straw. Rented a SUP from them that ended up having an electric pump in it that was not compatible with a vehicle...not a big deal. When we took it back and let them know they said 'oh well, sorry.' I understand it's not their fault necessarily but try to make it right. I bought several pairs of skis and a snowboard there. I have bought helmets and other snow gear from them and that's just in the last year. We are supposed to support our town but our town doesn't appreciate those that do. This was a perfect example of that. Treat those that support your business with gratitude, kindness,...
