A mixed bag. If the food stocked is plentiful and not dry and hazardous it's a great place to eat. Mac and Cheese pizza is the best thing since sliced crust. But considering the times they DO let pasta sauce sit out until it becomes tomato jerky.. I'm still unsure if it can be trusted. Our last visit the buffet was barren. A drink spilled on a table had sat there until the ice had melted. It wasn't until a customer took charge that people started doing this thing called 'their job'. Restocking ranch. And even then they made new pasta without removing the food-poisoned sauce.. WHAT?? But I came in two days before that and it was completely different. The food was well stocked. Everything in order. Two employees were inspecting the chicken and presumably a new guy said "DO I take this chicken back? It's no longer shiny" and the other one said "yes." Taking chicken back RIGHT at the deadline but then you come in two days later and there's tomato sauce that's evaporated away.. BUT they did notice the noodles were gone so they made new ones. :) What a joke.
The arcade is awesome fun!! It's what I come for.. WHEN things are working. My favorite game is the coin pusher and last I went the cards were getting stuck so say bye-bye to that until some maintenace person comes in to do the "their job" thing. Also it's meant to be addictive and I can definitely tell so be sure to restrain yourself. The ball and cup game is very fun too. If set up to give you the "I almost won I NEED to play again" feeling. There was a spongebob coin pusher straight from heaven but it was there for I swear a grand total of 1 week before they decided only Willy Wonka was allowed. I'm not entirely sure who's favorite franchise ever is going to be Willy Wonka to justify.
Sad thing is you can't inspect the buffet before shelling out the 12 dollars per person. Probably the main way they make the...

I'll start as I get from my car. Outside was clean and cared for, walking in the door we were promptly greeted by a very knowledgeable and nice young man, who helped us with out choosing and did the appropriate updates, which we declined. The food choices were good pizza, salads, chicken and desert. The tables were trashed all the way through.I did see someone sweepingand eventually someone began cleaning tables. According to Google qe were there at peak hours and beyond the ordering point we received no service. We decided to try out the arcade, I'm a huge fan of skeetball and play it when I end up in one of these types of establishments. We loaded our scan cards with 20 each and went and played the exact same games. Both of us being pretty equal. I won 210 tickets on skeetball and he won 210. We played various other games winning between 5 and 150 on each game. When we went to cash out I had only 310 tickets and my husband 110 (remember he won 200 on skee ball and won the jackpot on the plinko like game. The kid in the arcade was obviously not enjoying his day and when we asked to reload our cards with cash,, he pointed us to the machine that did not work. We then had to stand in line again and he was huffy that he had to deal with us. We decided to not add another 20 each and just get our prizes and go. I would likely eat here again only to see if I just caught this place on a bad day. But if I wasn't reviewing the place and was just a customer to this business, I would NOT comeback based on cleanliness, service and the arcade. There's an opportunity here, for this business to thrive in a region with little winter things to do with kids, at this point I don't see this...
Read moreWe waited at the counter watching employees run back and forth to the kitchen. We waited and waited for someone to take our order. We arrived at 5 pm. The girl who took the order just before we got to the counter rushed back and forth between the counter and the kitchen. She barely acknowledged that we were there. Finally after asking many times if she could take our order she said it was shift change and the next person on would take our order, but the next person had to have a manager clock her in. We waited and waited and finally a manager came to clock her in. We waited about 15 minutes at the counter before our order was taken. We placed our order and told the manager that we should get free drinks because we had to wait so long. The manager slammed the cups on the counter and was extremely rude. We ordered a large 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese pizza, we wanted the Monday special which was $10. They couldn't find the special on the register... Waited forever for them to finally get the price right. We also ordered a 2 piece chicken meal. After all that we went to find a place to sit. Most tables were dirty and had plates and junk on them. Finally found a clean table sat down and waited for our food. The chicken meal came out and they said the pizza would be out shortly... It wasn't! Waited about 20 minutes for the pizza. This was my first time at Pizza Ranch and it will...
