After reading the reviews I was very skeptical to make a purchase to say the least. But since I needed furniture and this was my only store location option for delivery I placed an order. It would turn out to be a huge regret to say the least. The store managers the two I was told that were a male and a female, their character and professionalism are disgusting to say the least. The negative reviews are unfortunately very true. I have since then cancelled my orders and will be taking my business elsewhere. This store location in Hemet, Ca really does need to have in person/in store and online secret shoppers. So they can get an in-depth unprofessional observation on the employees they have hired to represent the company at Aaron Brothers location in Hemet. And their type of character that they have at Aaron Brothers. They need to secret shop the customer service from beginning to end. From the time the order is placed to the time the order is delivered to the customer. From the time the customer enters the store location in Hemet to the end where the orders are delivered. Also mixed nationalities and ages need to be the secret shoppers. Because race and age do make a huge difference in the service you receive from this location. They are very rude on the phone and do not know how to professionally speak to potential customers. For instance they will say well what’s your name. Instead of saying and should have said as a professional is may I get your name please. And the tone. My goodness the tone of one’s voice makes a huge difference. In person they are very rude when you are talking to them about a product they interrupt you, put their hand up and say hold on and they walk away taking several minutes to return. I asked if everything is ok and they said oh yeah I just had to do something real quick. I said it wasn’t that quick. 10 minutes is not quick when you are just standing there waiting. They don’t keep in contact with you and communicate any updates on your order/s. If you have a couple orders they will delay delivery to you without communication because it’s convenient for them. If your first item says 5-7 days and your second order is 15-21 days. Your first item comes in on the 5th day. But second item comes in on the 22nd day due to delay they will hold the first item until the second item is ready to be delivered without any communication what so ever. So it’s best to place one order at a time. Or not order at all. The updates online are not detailed and it’s only has 3 stages of “updates” so it leaves you not knowing when to expect your item. Your order is definitely delayed no matter what, at least at this location anyways with NO COMMUNICATION UPDATES. I definitely do NOT recommend this location.
I have a couple family members and friends who were also interested in Aaron’s but this would be their store as well if they ordered. So I will let them know I’ll be looking elsewhere due to my horrible experience here in Hemet.

A review is an experience you share online regarding a particular business you interacted with. This is my true honest review and no you cannot make me or talk me into changing my review in regard to the experience I had at this location in Hemet, Ca. They really are the worst at representing this company.
The employees need training on how to be professional in a professional setting NO MATTER the situation. I have seen potential customers come into a business being down right disrespectful and rude. Cursing and demanding to an employee all the while the employee maintain their professionalism all the way through. Rude and they bait and switch. Judged me on my appearance or IDK. But i came in to give them a chance new location but they just were so rude I don't want to deal with them. They wanted way more cash from me in store than online....And they said it was because i was in person. But all they did was order it for me online. I went back home and ordered the same thing online and it was the promotion price. When I called to make sure that i did it correctly because it was so much easier online and asked them why they wanted a huge deposit...they told me it was their personal preference to charge me so knew i had the money to pay for it. We ordered the furniture on February 16th and We were notified by email on February 26th that the furniture had arrived at the store and instead of them calling to schedule when to deliver our furniture we had to call them! While calling them the manager name Matt talked to us very disrespectfully and overheard another call he had having the same issues we were having. He changed what he said 3 different times and started talking about us canceling our order and we clearly stated we did not ever suggest canceling the order but instead just wanted our furniture delivered. Also we talked to HR Customer service line about the situation and made notes on this manager and how he was incorrect and that he is breaking a legal binding contract where money was paid for this furniture for no reason other than he just could.
