DG Market — Local services in Hemet

Some staff are VERY helpful & friendly.... While I have seen another staff walk up to customers & tell them because, of a past incident with another person, they were NOT welcome in the store... That same staff was pointing in a CHILD'S face saying that the child was there with an adult in charge of this child at the time of the incident.... The mother of this child explained that her other child was there & that the person in charge of the child who there, was the wrongful party..... The mother explained that neither one of the children were guilty & to watch the cameras.... To show that the other adult was the guilty party..... The mother went back the next day & cleared the situation up with the Manager!!! Everything worked out & the family was allowed back to the store & the guilty part has NO longer returned.... Manager was GREAT about this situation!!!! The staff member was rude and should NOT have been getting in a child's face regardless of their age!!!!! Unprofessional customer service on that...

I have always gotten good customer service here. The only issue i have is they hardly ever have more then one register open and the line has to get super long before someone comes and helps. The employees are always helpful if I need something and they are super nice here. I shop here alot because its faster and easier then Staters. It is generally clean as can be. Alot of times the isles arent faced and for a while the isles were missed marked for what it was supposed to be. My biggest complaint though is not everything is marked to show prices and alot things are put in the wrong place and they will not honor the price it says. My mom had a issue with one manager Stormie there were curtains in a spot marked for a super good price a whole rack of the same curtains and they rang up way more then what the rack said and she wouldnt work with my mom at all and they were clearly marked and on the lower priced rack other then that no...

This Place Rocks!!

Not only is the place ,VERY well laid out, the service is amazing but the prices are ridiculously low. Now you must think I work,l here, but I assure you that I do not. I have only lived in Hemet a month and I have visited this store twice. It not only filled my kitchen with the things I needed but additionally I ate some of the many products I bought there. I have never tasted a better store brand of private label good then the Clover Valley brand they offer at this General Dollar Market.

I also have to laugh because I normally hate Country Western Music, and the music that they broadcast within the grocery store is that type of music.

It's fun and Energizing to go and experience a Great Store, where one can be enlightened by New Music, and Get an Amazing value, with Excellent Customer Servlce, then go home, and make an Awesome Meal from that Grocery Purchase.
