J & M Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Hemet

We have a girls night out and love the food for cheaper than most restaurants. Not every restaurant is going to have perfect food or service. This restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat several great dishes. All you can eat Fish Friday best fried fish like H salt fish & chips English style with vinegar or baked trout with fresh lemon is out of this world amazing. Peach cobbler for dessert 😋! Look, I love this family style restaurant. People at least they've kept the prices down and the amount of food is great compared to others like Red Robin shakes only fill 1/2-1/3 full top off with whip cream. YOU pay a lot for air in my cup. I could get a shake completely filled cup at a Sonic burger, Jack in the box, McDonald's Everytime! No, more Red Robins and I pay almost double! Thank J&M family restaurant for great service, incredible fresh food and free dessert peach cobbler hit out of the ball park Amazing prices. Lord please bless these workers and cooks. Lord I ask for you to bring them good workers and help. May the blood of Jesus be poured over this...

Went to J & M restaurant and the Diamond Valley Shopping Center and Hemet tonight. with a group, of 30 people, reservations had been made for the group. They assign one waiter for the group, and had another waiter on the other side it only had about 6 people. At no time did I see the second waiter help our section. the orders were taken table by table but the food did not come out that way. at my table there were 4 people, to get food right away even though we were one of the last table to order, then one person got their food a lot later and then one was the last person served. there was no catch up or condiments out for any other tables you had to catch a waiter,I should say the waiter. I ordered the polish sausage and sauerkraut with french fries. it was not a Polish sausage, but just a plain breakfast sausage link. the waiter did his best, but obviously the restaurant owner really didn't seem to care that they had a party of 30 people. I will not revisit...

Apparently its excusable to change their menu items upon screwing up someone's order. I ordered the French toast [ x2 ] that comes with 4 half slices, eggs and choice of meat, which me and my husband get almost EVERY WEEKEND. I called and placed an order with a gentleman ( didn't get his name ) and he said it would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I come to pick it up they Apparently forgot to make it so I waited, which whatever it happens. Come home to find only 2 half slices in the order. I call them back and the woman who picked up tried helping, but the gentlemen ( who took my order ) and her were literally yelling at each other over the phone. They were so EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL saying that it " didn't come with eggs and only 2 pieces of French toast" ! not only that, they said they would refund my money then called me back to say nevermind we can't and we would need the food back. This is unacceptable and I will never be...
