I must say that this place is AMAZING!! I mean we weren't in there for 5 minutes and we were approached 3 times and asked if we needed help. Andrew Rocky and Jessica all asked if we needed anything and assured us that they are there to help if we do. They were all smiles, SUPER nice and they made us really comfortable in that store!! We went to the lumber area and Corbin came RIGHT over, helped us, explained in detail anything we asked and he did it with a SMILE! It was so refreshing!! Then we also ran into Eduardo who was also super kind! He joked with us ands offered extra help if needed. As we left the lumber area Emily wished us well and was really sweet! Then as we approached the counter at the front, I asked a question of Lilith and she also was amazingly sweet!! I mean I can't say enough good about this store and the employees! There were a couple of others that were very nice as well but I didn't get their names unfortunately:(. I mean my husband and I frequent Home Depot and Lowe's and NEVER really get approached and asked if we need help. There are a few people at Lowe's that are nice but they aren't on the floor like that. There's Chad in kitchen cabinets and Beverly in blinds and shades! They are AMAZING! Very professional very sweet! Home Depot and Lowe's overall though SMH customer service is not good. Valle vista home center is our new place to go!! So we went back a week later and I have something to add: Dalton!! He's great like Corbin!! EXTREMELY helpful, he helped me to decide how many 4x8's we needed but looking at my list of what measurements I had written down. He got us a deal on the price of the cuts because we purchased over $1000 of lumber in total. He was very informative, very polite just as Corbin was!! Man I shouldn't be this excited about a home center haha!! But I AM! Thanks guys! You guys made things SO MUCH EASIER! You guys...

I have been going across town buying stuff I need at the big box stores mostly out of habit. One day I decided to stop in to this store and didn't regret my decision. I saved on gas, money, and time! Since then I try to stop here first. They have been working hard to rearrange the store so things are moving around. Also because of summer there are items I have noticed that are low in inventory. I did go in for some brand specific items (PALRAM). They didn't carry them. For the most part they provide a quality inventory and try to keep sufficient stock.

The staff are always helpful and try to get you any items, information, or aid you might want or need. I did have to bring back an item or two since I bought the wrong size. I provided a receipt and they cheerfully refunded the money. I feel like this store is much friendlier, attentive, and cheerful than the big box stores.

The store is also a good size which helps to maintain a large inventory of items for work in and out of the home. I suggest going to the website, but if you are like me? A good walk through the store is very enlightening. Each aisle is labeled making it easier to find what is available. Each wall also provides things like tarps, various hardware, and more.

They also have these GIANT fans that help with the heat of summer. They have been redesigning the store and it seems to add more inventory.

My experience today was a refreshing surprise to see a customer friendly business that acted quickly and responsible to the issue with a prompt and Ashley was amazing and if I can I won't ever go to the big chain stores where customer service is treated like a burden at valle vista home center it was just the opposite is was treated with respect it even amazed me that as Ashley and I were haded down to get a replacement here Dame another memr of the team already heading are way with the new one in his hands that's what I call service this was the third time I've been in the store within a weeks time the young man that helped me with the circuit breakers help a old man with just a little knowledge in electrical get just exactly what I needed and a just as helpful young women helped me quickly find the clasp I needed for my bearded hickles again what a team I'm glad no thrilled to see my local store looked better than it ever has Ashley and the entire team deserve a raise...
