Fresh Cut Subs — Restaurant in California

3 stars because my last two visits/sandwiches I ordered were not edible, most went in the trash and I wasted my money. I didnt complain but since the last time was last month ill leave a review now. They always have great customer service, guys are always super friendly, good food and decent prices. But the last two times I ordered my favorite a hot Pastrami sandwich the meat was sliced way too thick and was sliced with the grain, instead of against the grain. The meat was so chewy and stringy and had too long strands of silver skin that cannot be chewed. I worked as a certified chef for decades, someone needs to teach whoever to cut certain cuts of beef on the slicer properly. But usually its pretty, makes me hesitant to...

Awesome place to get a great sub I’ve only eaten here a few times but my parents oh my goodness lol this is definitely one out of two places they eat at (well pick up their food at right now) no kidding every day pretty much I tease them about eating subs here every day they absolutely love Fresh Cut Subs and the people working there. Well, I chose this place because it's smaller and Carl's jr already served my kid nasty cold food that took forever today, so I thought I'd give my money to the smaller business. Not only did they take like 30 min to make my sandwich, but I got home and it was wrong. They just didn't pay attention. So much competition, you think they'd step it up a little, but sadly, no. Just another run of the mill over priced under par sandwich. Turkey is slimy lunch meat probably from Costco. No options online ordering to put sauce on the side, sandwich was soggy by the time I got it home and found out it was wrong.
