Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

My favorite place for a great tasting ULTIMATE CHEESE BURGER COMBO WITH EGG ROLLS INSTEAD OF FRIES and some times I get their very yummy MINI TACOS and STUFFED JALAPEÑOS oh my GOODNESS those are my favorite yummy food items I most always order I can’t help it they’re very very good I’m not a creature of habit either but man !!!!! I find myself going back for more every time (every week lol at least) I’ve started going into the restaurant to order and take home I’m not sure of her name (I’ll have to find out so hopefully you’ll get her cheerful attitude and smile type of service too) anyway she makes my day when I go in to order they’re all very nice there but I don’t know she just makes the place sparkle with smiles and (she thought my Mom was my friend lol well she is though also) but I thought that was cool.....anyway I suggest if you want to eat kind of inexpensively and are hungry for a mouth watering meal believe me I think this Jack in the Box is awesomely great with hot fresh food and amazing service AND they ALL say hello to you right when you open their restaurant door....oh one more thing they’re pretty quick getting orders out too but I have to be honest the ONLY THING I would like you to know that isn’t that awesome is 3 times now around 4:30pm idk I’d try to go in and order instead of going through the drive through because the 3 times around that time all three times I went through the drive through and got home to find out my order was completely wrong I don’t drive so each time I called to ask them to refund some of my money back onto the card they charged but they NEVER would they always wanted me to go back to them and get my order remade even knowing I don’t have a way to get back up there then sooooo just warning ⚠️ watch out going through the drive through around 4:30pm or just check what’s in the bag/bags before leaving. But that’s the ONLY thing I don’t appreciate other than that I’ve ALWAYS had great food and great service but hey if you haven’t tried it I’d suggest you do try the ULTIMATE CHEESE BURGER at least it’s the yummiest burger at...

ok I went there on Sunday May 26 about 9:20 pm and ordered online just 2 items, it said it would be done in 7-9 minutes. I got there about 11 minutes later and told a thin Hispanic guy in a black shirt that i had an order, (Im hispanic too). He looked at the screen and said "its not ready yet". I waited 15 more minutes along with three other people who were waiting way before me. they started to get impatient and they said they have been there at least 5 minutes before me. there was a big order for 50 tacos ahead of us, I understand. I worked in food service as a manager for decades and I know sometimes it can get very hectic. Then A lady walked in and ordered 2 tacos, he gave her the change and she was looking at her receipt and money in her hand and kept trying to call the thin hispanic guy over. He finally answered. She told him "you shorted me a dollar". He says we dont have any change" and walked off. So when she got her food before everyone else including the 50 taco online order, which is fine. This same guy was handing her food, I said "you owe her a dollar, at least give her a cup for a drink". He looked at me and walked off. She said its ok. No its not! He did not care. And so another young man with glasses came to me and said have you been helped? I said "I ordered on line 25 minutes ago. He said are you sure you ordered it here?" I said yes on my app and i only come here. I told him that the thin rude guy said, "its not ready yet" after he looked at the screen. So this young nice man w glasses rushed and gave my food to me complimentary, it was only like 6$. The issue i have is with the other guy, he did not care about shorting the lady a dollar, nor tried to fix it and ignored both of us. And he should of said to me, I dont see your order. Or I would of tried to fix it. Otherwise they are usually really good w great customer skills at my location. Please talk to this young man who worked this shift. I only seen 4 people working, 3 men and a woman. Thank you...

• A "24/7" RESTAURANT. THE BEST "JACKINTHE~CRACK" I'VE EVER BEEN TO! (AT BREAKFAST TIME ANYWAY). THE BEST EMPLOYEE THAT EVER HAD TAKEN MY ORDER: "GISELLE." SHE KNEW THE COMPLETE ANSWERS TO AT LEAST 6 BREAKFAST MEALS, 5+ BURGER MEALS, & MORE!

I MEAN THE COMPLETE DESCRIPTIONS WITH THE MEAL NUMBERS, ALL THE TOPPINGS, CONDIMENTS, & GARNISHES THAT WERE ON EACH SANDWICH & WHAT CAME WITH EACH! AND SHE IS SO YOUNG!

SHE EVEN KNEW THE FULL PRICE WITH TAX! SHE NEVER LOOKED AT A MENU NOR TOUCHED THE REGISTER UNTIL I DECIDED WHAT I WOULD ORDER! SHE JUST GAZED INTO MY PRETTY BLUES! WOW❗

THE MENS ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE, JUST AS THE WHOLE DINING AREA, COUNTERS, & SODA AREA WAS!

I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH, EVERYONE HAD SMILES ON & WORKING UP A STORM. NO YELLING OR LOUD BEEPING OF COOKING APPARATUSES, WERE PRESENT, JUST A CORPDEESPRIT LIKE I'VE RARELY SEEN IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS!
