Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

UPDATE: So, I called to inform them about my food and they did not hesitate to replace the meal, and ofdered me a meal on them. As I said at first, service was always ABOVE AND BEYOND. So replacing my food without an attitude was extremely satisfying. And the food was ready when I got there. Thank you so much to the staff for making it all great!

Went through drive thru. The employee was Sweet as pie! Respectful and kind. The fiod was hot, buy my Nacho dipping taco has a strand of red hair right on it when I opened it. And I paid for a Mexican pizza and 2 supreme taco meal and neither taco is supreme. So it sucks to get your food minutes before picking up your kids so you could actually have 5 minutes out of your day to eat, and it's not correct or has hair. Now I'm at their school and I have to wait for them before I can go back, and my other kid is out in 20 minutes across town. We can never catch a...

I don’t usually leave a review anywhere, but this experience yesterday was just awful. Walked in, ordered, asked for the bathroom code. The lady behind the counter was absolutely rude. Both bathrooms were occupied over 10 minutes and then a UPS driver came out of the bathroom on the right. The code she gave us wasn’t working, so we asked again. She wouldn’t give it to us and said it was employee only, although a UPS driver just came out of it. We waited 5 additional minutes for the “customer” bathroom on the left before my coworker walked to Stater Bros to use their restroom. While she was gone a Taco Bell worker left the “customer” bathroom, a few minutes later I received my cantina chicken quesadilla. As good as a Taco Bell really can be. A year back or so they had one of the worst managers I've ever dealt with, place was run horribly. One day he had a heart attack and they had to import management, then found others. It's now one of the best taco bells I've ever been to. Granted that isn't a very high bar but still. They have a major rush that happens around 9:30-10:30 every night so if you want food be prepared for a line around that time. At 11:30 pm their sound system keeps saying they are closed even if they aren't. If you need food and are OK with taco Bell it's a solid option, and they're generous enough with sauce and napkins without being overbearing. One side thing for improvement: they almost always mess up my drink size(large/med instead of XL) and have to redo it. It's...
