The Assistant Manager Jesse doesnāt even deserve the star . I went last night with my husband and brother to pick up a part that was said to be there 05/13/2024 however when arriving to location we were told next Monday . My husband had already paid for the part and requested a refund due needing to purchase part elsewhere. CSR was processing refund and when he asked for assistance from manager, Jesse then stated no he would not refund our money . At this time my husband questioned why and he stated he did not have the part which was in transit. He then told my brother to leave the store at this time my husband requested to call the police due to him not wanting to refund money. I continued to ask him why he wonāt refund the money when he told me to shut up and leave the store. The CSR then stated that we were in the right and Jesse told him to shut up as well. Jesse then told me to leave the store or he would not process my husbandās refund. This assistant Manager needs to be retrained on customer service and communication. Or even demoted due to the disrespect he even gave to his fellow coworkers. I will never come to this...

The new replacement was wrong and destroyed my serpentine belt and contaminated my system with the compressor oil. I had to replace with a Nissan OEM compressor, flush the system and replace air dryer. I basically had to pay for two compressor installations and complained to the store manager over 6 weeks ago. I have called them three times and have yet to hear of any resolution. The corporate office apparently did not recognize that there were two different models of compressors used in this year model vehicle. I usally get good service but this one incident wipes out any saving generated by past...

We pushed the truck to the front door and he refused to check the engine light. Poor customer service and refused to loan us the loaner tools and stood in front of the door to keep me and my wife from coming in. We are not bad people by any means. But I would recommend demoting or even firing him. He gave us a count down for the āclosing timeā then saying āI lock the door at 9pm whether youāre in the store or notā.
