Review of 2023. Place is clean, Staff is friendly and helpful! Ice creams are creamy and fresh, fruit is fresh as well.. everything of very good quality for the price.

If the quality of product and constumer Service stays the same this place has such a good chance of branching out to other nearby towns due to its success. Good job! 👍

This place went from having 5 stars to 1 in my book and loosing a frequent costumer due to mainly bad costumer service. Wanted to Buy ice cream for my 2 toddlers who truly don't eat too much and well 1 scoop of Ice cream is too much for them to finish alone. Therefore I asked for the small request of please dividing the 1 scoop between my 2 toddlers.

I thought maybe they'll charge me extra for that extra cup. And we'll that's fine. But to buy 2 full scoops at 5$ each only to throw away 1 full scoop just seemed like a waste. I wanted to buy even more things but ended up not asking for anything after the older woman mean eyed me for my request and said she couldn't do that. She then changed the way she talked and was annoyed.

What I like most about this refresqueria is that its always clean that’s a huge plus for my family and I. The fresas con crema are my absolute favorite the cream has a unique sweet flavor and the strawberries are always fresh .You also can’t go wrong with their ice cream it’s delicious my husband loves the nanche & piñón flavor .
