Prices and quality didn't seem to be much different then Home Depot. I have the opportunity to do business with this store a 2 occasiones, and the customer service is excellent!! If I they don't have the part on stock they gave some ideas. BUT this is when I go to the store is a complete history if I called them. Customers service by phone need to be improve , a depressed person answer the call with a cold hello. No enthusiasm ,no happy doing what the person loves , is bad for business!!! For god sakes. What happened with the old " Good morning thank you for calling city electric supply, how I can help you " sound...

I've gone here FOUR times, and ALL FOUR TIMES they didn't have what I needed, and what I needed was very standard supplies. Once, the customer service was great... The rep was cheerful and helpful in telling me he would go look for the supplies, even though he came back to tell me they didn't have it.... but the other three times, they acted like it was a huge burden to help me. Maybe these guys are just tool suppliers, I don't know. What I do know is that they don't have even the most standard and commonly used electrical parts...
