Port of Subs — Restaurant in Henderson

Ordered two different sandwiches, got distracted by the second person behind the counter wanting me to pay, this was a mistake because the guy making the sandwiches had made two pastrami melts. I regret not having him make me the correct sandwich and accepting what he made, it was the lowest grade pastrami I've ever had. I'm used to a little fat/gristle with the meat, but this was a lot of fat and gristle attached to some flavorless meat. I only ate half because I was hungry, the other half went in the trash. Good food but subpar employees ruin the experience. I have had issues with the store on Sunset....and now this location! We ordered our food at approximately 3:50pm and the store was closing at 4:00pm so we were asked to leave! I thought it was a joke at first but the guy wasn't joking! I was not mad at all, just perplexed by the whole situation. I just keep reminding myself that I do live in Las Vegas and to expect this type of element....lol Anyway, I will definitely steer people away from this one star...

Only had white or wheat bread. App did not reflect this so I placed an order then got called when it should have been ready that they didn’t have bread. App was confusing. Didn’t get acknowledged for 20 minutes when we walked in. Staff helped everyone else and ignored us waiting at the pick up line.
