Not a good place to go, very unfriendly employees! Stopped in today to have lunch with my 24 year old daughter what a mistake, we sat away from the bar in the dining area and the waitress came and asked what we would like to drink I said I'd like a Coke and my daughter would like some water, then I asked the waitress if that would come in a bottle or a can and she said well we only have Pepsi products and it comes from a fountain/gun and then asked my daughter for her ID unfortunately my daughter didn't have it with her and she enquired why? But got no answer. Then my daughter began to text her mom to have her send a picture of it via text, meanwhile as I digested what was happening looking at the menu I saw a lot of overpriced food items an empty dining room and bar area. It became immediately clear the food here must not be very good since it's empty at lunchtime and the employees are not interested in having customers since in the state of Nevada it is not illegal nor do you have to be 21 years of age or older to sit in the dining area of a bar/restaurant. Needless to say after that warm reception I got up and left and took my daughter with me and I will never be back, good...
Read moreI didn't have any food on this occasion, but the food is great. I've had many different menu items in the past. This has to do with the pool tables. Great felt, well maintained, and good equipment. But.... the tables are labeled clearly, $10 for one hour of play. I shoot fast... cleared 5 racks in less than 20 minutes. Didn't even finish half of my beer. The table locked all the balls at the 5th rack, making it $2 per rack. That's not timed play. I brought this to the bartender's attention, and was told to, "just kick the table.... that usually makes the balls come out. Just don't let me see you do it. " So.... beat the hell out of good equipment because the advertised price is wrong? Okay.... make that make sense. Even worse, the digital rack counter on the table even states that you get BONUS racks for paying $10! So even if it was $2 per rack, I was still owed more than 5 racks.... so the "Speed Pool" cop out I've heard in other bars isn't valid either. If you're looking to play here, don't. Good food, but they do rip their players off, and they offer no solutions for it other than, please break our stuff..... ridiculous. This was Sunday, March...
Read moreI am not big on posting a review, but when I have an extraordinary experience, I feel compelled to write. Long story short, this was my second time at the bar this morning. My first time coming here was during the pandemic when I needed to burn sometime near the D M V. It was quiet and I like the atmosphere and vibe oh, but it didn't stand out because it wasn't normal times. I get off work this morning after working a double shift at Resorts World to open it up. And I went there, again, to burn some time. I was the only dude there and the bartender, Roy was immediately friendly and just cool. One of the best bartender vibes I ever got, and growing up in Vegas that means a lot. Yes, I did win my first Royal Flush progressive. But that's not why I am writing this post. The atmosphere and vibe of the place is great. But for real, Roy is a great friendly bartender and does a great job at riding the line of being professional AND your friend at the same time. I'll definitely...
