HomeGoods — Local services in Henderson

Our favorite HomeGoods store in the valley and is located in Henderson. Wide variety of products to choose from and the store is always clean and well stocked. Prices are reasonable, but if you see something you like, you had better grab it while you can, since it might be gone before tomorrow. We have found the staff to be attentive and friendly and you can usually find assistance in a matter of minutes, if needed. The only major complaint with this store is the check-out lines, which depending on when you are shopping, can get quite long. Also, they have no separate Return line so you must wait in the check-out line. This adds to your waiting time because people with returns and purchases can take some time. Having a few more staff to assist when the line gets backed up would help or maybe have a separate “Returns” line. This is the only reason why I give this store "4" stars instead of "5." I haven't been to this HomeGoods store for several years. I'm sure it is established before TJX Companies decided to combine TJ Maxx and HomeGoods into one large store. It is, therefore, smaller than many newer HomeGoods stores I've been to recently. However, it's bursting at the seams with incredible merchandise unique to its more affluent customer base in the Severn Hills area of town. There is no end to the reasonably priced kitchen, dining, bedroom, bathroom, and household goods to choose from. We walked around for the better part of an hour and ended up purchasing many items we hadn't planned on.

The employees here are incredibly accomodating and friendly. Employees wear face masks and gloves and everything is cleaned before and after use. I'm glad I became reacquainted with this store and will make sure not to allow another 4-5 years to pass before returning.

Some of The staff are ok but the manager that I went up to at the cash register today was very rude.

I went to drop off the napkins to my sister at her register and went to the next available one since I was next in line and she looked at me with an awful expression and told me "I called him" referring to the man behind me who wasn't even paying attention to the line.

I told her I just went to give my sister her item and she just kept pointing to the man and said "I called him" repeatedly

I am not impressed with her attitude and wonder how a rude woman even become part of management. She needs to attend classes in customer service.

Her name was Tasha-something I can't really remember her name, some black lady with a little bit above shoulder length curly hair. The chashier my sister was at just looked at me a bit shocked.
