I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!! The level of disrespect was unbelievable. I bought scrub pants and had my receipt and tags attached” I went in within 2 weeks to exchange because I didn’t like the way the ones I got fit and also realized I got the wrong ones I usually purchase. So I wanted to exchange. Two employee girls were VERY condescending to me and said there was a crease and the tag was in the wrong place???? I said what?? I’m sorry the pants were folded that’s from being folded? They still refused to exchange or do anything ? I am in the medical field and buy many scrubs all the time and even from there. I would never talk to my patients in such a way or make them feel that way? I was shocked! I asked for a manager and she was not there and then asked for corporate which they would not give me! In writing this to help others if you buy from here be aware this could to happen to you. I will stick with the online higher end scrubs that I have and even amazon! The customer service was not there and to make me feel I did something ? The pants were brand new! Horrible customer service! Zero...

I will never return to this store. I ordered a jacket in the beginning which I have yet to receive. They told me it only takes about 7 days to get to the store. I have called several times within this time period and everytime I'm told it's coming. I called the store to check the status of my order and they stated she doesn't see my jacket nor does she see my order sheet. She is the only one in the store and needs to help another customer that walked in. She'll call me whenever another employee arrives or she's not busy. Called to inquire about a specific brand and model of shoe. Woman asked what color and what size, then said they did not have that color. Said she had that shoe in three other colors. Drove to the store to see if my daughter-in-law might like one of the other colors - and THEY DON'T EVEN CARRY THAT SHOE! Asked why they had told me that they do, and the woman said she must not have listened to what I had asked for. Absolutely unacceptable.
