Tonight was such a horrible experience at the 9925 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89183 location. I entered the drive thru at 8:54pm. There was two lines and I went to the left lane with two cars in front of me to order. On the right lane it was two cars as well. After about 5 minutes, I finally get to the female to order and she says what can I get for you. I started to order she then cut me off and said what's the name! That's when she starts talking over the walky talky asking for a new handheld. She then tells me to continue, I go to order again and she cuts me off and says I can't hear you because their talking (employees on walky talky). I then started ordering for a third time and she cuts me off and says the handheld died and to pull forward. I get to the window where a Hispanic male says "For Rose" I say no. He says "For Trevor" I say no. He said "So you're not Rose" I said no. He then takes my order. He didn't repeat it back and didn't even take a name. I asked for a manager. That is when Cass or Cassandra per receipt cones to the window. I tell her all of what I explained above and she just says "Who took your order?" She then makes excuses and said that person should have told them sooner about the handheld. NO APOLOGY! They then pull me forward and said did I want a dessert or shake. I said just a fry. Cass then said it will be 3 or 4 minutes. After waiting out front for another 10 minutes I came inside. When I walked in to the counter Cass was looking for something in a cabinet. So I asked "Did you forget you guys had to bring out my food?" Her response was let me check on it. I then said I want my money back and the food still for the inconvenience. I counted over 12 cars that came after me in the drive thru getting their food and leaving while I had now been waiting 19 minutes! And the food still wasn't ready. Cass said it will be a few more minutes and refused to give me my money back. She said "No" I'm not giving you the money back and the food. I repeated that I had been in the same profession and I make sure customers leave happy she then proceeds to share she had a long day too! She was tired and she can't give me a refund. So I then tried to speak and she said "You don't have to keep cutting me off!" I said I was cut off by your employee outside but did you apologize. She then says "Do I still want the food" I told her I would contact corporate and give me what I paid for. Her last sarcastic remarks was "Hope your day gets better in a rude tone!"...
Read moreIf I could give cero Star to the owner and management of this restaurant, I would. I spoke to Marcus, one of the managers in the restaurant, about how my son was treated by the owner. He showed cero interest in my concern, Then I received a phone call from another manager named Anthony. Saying they received the feedback from corporate and was getting back to me. I already left a review before explaining the experience my son had at his "interview " well Anthony called my son dishonest, and that's why they told him they weren't interested because they asked him what time did he get to the restaurant and that my son replied I got here at 4 pm. Anthony said my son lied because he checked the cameras, and it showed he got there at 4:11 pm and they don't hire people with dishonesty, that my son had to receive an email showing his schedule time of the interview. That my son was not only dishonest to them but also to me. He said they sent an email to my son with the time and that they don't accept any late arrivals. Ok Mr. Anthony if my son was late why not explain to him he was late and you guys can't no longer proceed with the interview. Instead of showing him the camera is and showing him he was sitting for 11 minutes and then say we are not interested. Yes I am a mother that's upset because the way they treated my son my son is not dishonest, he is a very hard working kid and very smart at school. He is in the JROTC program for 3 years at his school. Mr. Anthony and owner of the restaurant I would love to bring all the references that my son can get from his school teachers, sergeant, friends and family just to show you how honest and a great person my son is. Please don't do this to our teenagers they only want to work and be independent instead of bringing them down cheer them up, instead of judging them, explain to them and make them under your system. I know this job was not meant to be for my son, since the day he emailed you asking you if he needed to bring any documents to his interview and you never replied...
Read moreSo a funny thing about this place is that it opened up the day I had my second son lmao. This location is by my work and everyone was so excited it was going to open. I haven't really been to any location except the one in St. George. I finally came here the week it opened and boy was I impressed. We thought it was going to take a long time since it was the opening week but we went in and out so fast!!! We kept coming back and no matter what day or time it was we are always served in a timely manner.
Now the food o have tried almost everything on the menu but my all time fav is the spicy deluxe sandwich. I looovveee me some spice. I always get the buffalo and chick fil sauce to dip my sandwich and fries. The waffle fries are always a perfect amount of crisp and crunch. I can never finish them because my sandwich is filling.
Not to long after starting to come here I signed up for the rewards program. In case you didn't know you have to download the app and when you pay for your order you have to scan a special barcode. They do have option when you forget to scan you can submit your receipt online. They had a month in February where every Wednesday you got a free breakfast!!! I came every week except for one time and I remembered when I was already at work wahhh. But honestly if it wasn't that I wouldn't have tried their breakfast. For Christmas I asked my work secret Santa for a chick fil a calendar and she delivered! Every month you get a freebie. This is also another way I've been able to try everything on the menu. It varies from fries and a drink to free breakfast item or entree. It works out perfect because if I have a free sandwich from my calendar and I have some fries from my rewards I only have to pay for a drink!!
