Octopus Garden Smoke Shop — Local services in Hendersonville

The fact on not have a return policy on any of their products is very sad. I bought a concentrate vapor pen that you load yourself, after trying two different coils and following the directions from both the sales agent and the written ones it still didn't work. 75 dollars down the drain. Was told it was their number one sales.... Sounds like I got ripped off. I was an octopus garden user but I will never shop there again. I advise ppl to look else where for smoking accessories. Octopus gardens is only concerned with making money.

Update yet again I gave them another chance bought a vaporizer battery pack for oils. Worked for 2 days before It quit. After 2 concentrate vaporizers and now the oil battery pack. ( 50 bucks at the shop,10 if you ordering it online from the manufacturer for the battery pack) I will no longer be shopping there for any...

Absolutely the best place around town!! Ive tried many different smoke shops and hands down, #1 in my book;) Actually my husband n I have been comming to Octopus for over 15yrs and they haven't stopped surprising me! Super nice and helpful staff.. to the point that they know what I get and and go out of their way to make sure they have it in store☺️ I realize this place can't be a perfect fit for everyone, but I've read a few of the reviews and noticed a handful complaining about how they couldn't get their money back for something.. if I'm not mistaken, there is a sign at the counter that states "no refunds on tobacco products ".
