I would give half star or none if I could. Worst experience ever, I don't know what is wrong with those people. I went with my husband and took 40 mins for a haircut, he went out full of hair, face, shirt even his shorts. The lady didn't ask if he wanted anything on his hair and started to put some gel on it, blowed all the hair from the cape on his shoes, the experience was terrible. The haircut came out one of the worst he ever had, she took too much hair in one side and will take a couple weeks to look normal again. Unfortunately was a waste of time, money and bringing to him the worst time during a haircut a real nightmare, we had a lot of stuff to do after it anf we had to rush to our house so he could clean himself. I've gotten my haircut by Don probably five times now and I always told him the same thing each time. I was explicit about just trimming (key word trimming) my front hair that I wanted to keep longer and even specified just about a half inch. It took me awhile to get it to a length that I liked and I just wanted to maintain that length. This guy proceeds to do as he pleases and cuts it down to two inches from maybe four inches...it'll grow back sure but now I have to wait months again to get that length that I liked...smh. The one and only time I had my haircut with Andy he made a few nicks on the back of my neck that were clearly visible. Time to...

The name of the establishment being in English was somewhat misleading, as not a single person I interacted with inside spoke more than a bare few words of broken English, but somehow, despite not knowing more than a few words of Spanish myself, I still managed to get out of there in good time with a great haircut at a decent price. If you can communicate effectively in Espanol, this is absolutely the place for you. If you can't, then... Probably still a good option, unless you want something really complicated or you're picky.
