Let me start by saying that I would give thIs placw zero stars if I could. I took my iPhone 13 Pro to this place because nothing else was open on a Sunday around the holidays. My screen got damaged while I was trying to remove a glass protector that was there for a while.There was a very nice old man who fixed my phone under 30 minutes, but my phone Screen did not last Long. I do not live in the area so I waited about a month or so to go back and fix it because I did pay $200 for the service. Once I got there, I was automatically mistreated by a woman who did not speak English and was very rude Assuming And accusing me of dropping the phone therefore, they were not going to fix it. I was trying to explain to her that I had not dropped my phone and that this was happening a few days after they fixed it. She went on to argue with me without listening to me as a customer. She kept talking over me and not listening to what I was saying to her. Then the guy in the back whose name is Yosvani, who also doesn’t speak English came out to see what was going on and agreed to fix my screen. When he finally fixed it, he apologized and explained to me that the first person who fixed it The first time, did not put the correct screen. Within a few days, my phone screen started acting up again, having dark spots and lines Until It finally stopped working completely. I took my phone back yesterday because Yosvani had advised that any problem that I had within six months I could come back and he would fix it for me. When I got there yesterday again I was mistreated. I was accused of dropping the phone And they were very argumentative with me as a customer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They are very rude, argumentative, unprofessional. I don’t know how they stay in business. He argued and argued until he agreed to fix it for me. He advised me to leave the phone and he will fix it for me in a couple of hours. I come back in two hours and then he tells me that he called the owner John who told him not to fix it. This was a complete waste of my day and time as again, I do not live in the area. I will never ever go back here again, and I will tell everybody that I know to stay away from this place. I will also file a complaint...
Read moreWe brought our Samsung S8 to this location because of the Square Trade insurance we had purchased when we bought the cellphone. Ruben Perez, the tech manager, has great customer service. He kept us abreast of everything from the time we called to inquire about store times to the time he returned a perfect cellphone. We let him know what we needed. They did not have the screen (glass) replacement, but he would order it and let us know when it arrived the next day. Once it arrived, he called and told us it would only take about 1 to 1.5 hours to fix. Once we arrived at the store (this repair store is inside the Wal-Mart in Hialeah Gardens), Ruben took care of us, and told us everything involved in repairing the screen. Then I went back because my phone sounded muffled after they fixed it my mic was lifted and they said they put it in it place but this issue really never got fixed. Not to mention they are pricey compared to other competitors the dr phone fix in Miami lakes offers better prices but this location says they price match of course they only told me this after I brought up the big difference between the two stores they called the Miami lakes location to verify their prices. And guess what my phone screen is going crazy again it slides through screen. I wouldn’t recommend fixing apple devices here just because they aren’t apple certified and replace parts with knock off...
