Eco Smart did NOT care how this, THEIR OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR (if you could call then this) thus us a3rd works country store who tried to take advantage from me , DISRESPECTED ME, PATRONIZED ME, SAID I LIED when I had 2 witnesses, they wouldn't refund on a factory sealed package even thought because they lied to me it was their fault ........had to call police and still had to settle for a partial refund to not have to waste more time going to court on something they sold me with lies, omitting info and misrepresentation, I'll report them and ECO SMART to BBB complaint with FULL detail, information and documented paperwork against both Companies, FULL explanation on how I was refused refund on something sold to me that was USELESS in any property, this should not be SOLD AT ALL unless you don't care about your customers, no wonder Tony salesperson when selling to Me mentioned they only sold 11 TANKLESS ECO SMART 36KW of these for whole 2016, this was confined to me by Tony in distribution center, yes he confined me this when I purchased and that's because it's USELESS AND THEY LIE TO SELL YOU IT, if it wasn't for police I wouldn't have even received anything and I only received partial refund, taking a monetary hit to avoid having to go to court and waste time and time to me is more important than money..that's not how reputable stores operate, I know, that's why Am retired at 56, had many businesses and was able to retire because of my customer care, I won't stop until most people possible know their dealing from the internet, not just GOOGLE MAPS, YELP, but every forum that my IT can find. Customers should not be treated this way, this is not 3rd world country. They lied, omitted info of the product because otherwise I wouldn't have purchased and then later WORSE patronized in a high tone voice as if I was their child. Sorry to vent but Am extremely angry and it's not about the money, at ECO SMART the person representing FL named Carlos Jr. NEVER replied to my contact leaving me in the hands of these scrupulous people's will, ECO SMART as far as Am concerned are a scam and don't seem to care about their customers with the exception of a couple of employees like Danny Eldrigh who was amazing, but he's does not have any decisive power at ECO SMART, in reference to this store, STAY AWAY FROM THEM, they don't give a s......about their customers, trust me, worst experience in a few years and I own various properties and deal with a lot of people every day, ECO SMART TANKLESS also don't buy ...
Read moreI frequently go to this place since I live less than a mile away. I viewed it as a very convenient and helpful place. HOWEVER, I went on Friday, November 20th, 2020 to buy a 6' flexible ac conduct, 2 squishes, and one gallon of ac duct sealing paste. I went back the same date 2 hours latter (with) the original invoice to return the sealant paste. It was not used and the container was sealed. I just did not need to used it. It was a $23.00 value item. I kindly asked for a store credit, refund, even at restocking deduction fee' but I was not given any thing. A lady that now is sitting on a desk at the ac supply counter, told me that since this was a "consumable product" no refunds, or any type of credit was given. I asked her again, at she gave me a face gesture that was deceiving and not customer friendly at all. I left the item at the counter, and told them to give it way to any customer, or resale it again, that way the store would benefit.... To me this was ridiculous, and it is not for the $20.00 that I am complaining, and much less taking this time to write this review. It is because they could have made a simple exception to a customer, and give me some type of credit, specially when went back the very same date. In this case, the customer was disappointed and was not benefited at all. I am a business owner as well, I think my business would have handled this situation better and I would still have a happy customer. They might have benefitted that day for $20.00, but a single customer that read this review and decides not to go there, will not be so...
Read moreThey have a lot of products and good prices but what I saw today was beyond believable. 10-06-18 it’s a Saturday and their sign says they close at 4:00PM. I entered the building 8 minutes to 4:00PM and some customers as well showed up before 4. Of course they had customers there and by the time it got to us it was passed 4. The gentleman in the counter barley wanted to take care of me and was rushing me to make a decision because he was supposed to be closed already. He didn’t want to care of the guy that was after me and he was spending around $3,000 and the guy after him was told to leave and come back on Monday, he said he wasn’t leaving and to go ahead and call the cops because he was there before 4. LOL only in Hialeah you see this type of treatment toward customers. -To the guys at the counter: we are customers that come to spend money and we come because we NEED something not because we want to see you. To the owner of this business: shame on you for having employees that treat customers this way. Also, shame on you for not paying for the time they spend helping the customers that arrived to the store before 4 but are still in the building after 4. Your employees told us they don’t get paid for the time they spend after closing time. I can only give 1 star but if I could, I would give it you negative -10. This is not a way of running a business. You should close the doors at closing time and every customer that’s inside gets taken care of. And you pay your employees for that extra time as well.
