Esta gente son brutos y no saben lo que estan haciendo. Me dijieron que polian llegar en mi casa en Coral Gables y despues cuando se hizo la orden me llamen una semana despues para decirme que no pasan el US 1 a pesar que estoy en el U.S. 1. Tambien acabe de leer en el Miami Herald que esta gente tienen una infestacion de cucarachas en su cocina.

These people are either complete idiots or just plain lazy. A week ago I called, gave them my address and asked if they delivered to my house. So I put in the order for my food. They call me a week later on the day my food is supposed to arrive and tell me they can't deliver my food because its past US 1 when I'm practically on US 1. They dont even have common sense to Google my address to give me a straight answer. They can't give a straight answer. I will never recommend these people to anyone. They have no sense of customer service and lack professionalism. Finally I just read in the Miami Herald that these people have roaches in their restaurant and...

Their service for seniors is criminal!

My mother-in-law receives lunches daily as an elderly benefit. The meals are borderline abuse. Chicken undercooked, other meat burned, they send a menu and they send you what they want and not what you ask for. When you call to complain everyone laughs at you and ignores the complaint. They only tell you that you can leave if you want because they have over 1600 "cantinas". My mother-in-law is lucky that we check her food, I feel extremely sorry for the other elderly folks that cannot complain and have to eat the food because they have nothing else to eat. They are going to kill an old person with food poisoning. We have reported them to our social worker, let's see if anything...

THIS PLACE LITERALLY GAVE ME E.COLI!!!!!

We started cantina here because I’ve just had a baby and it’s makes it easier on me to have food delivered to my house. The food didn’t look or taste impressive to begin with, but by the third day, I couldn’t eat or smell food without getting to the point of vomiting and feeling so so sick and dizzy!!! Despite the fact that the food looked weird especially the vaca frita the other reviews have confirmed that it’s indeed this place that got me sick. Countless people saying the food that was served to them was old and smelled sour. Disgusting. They should get shut down! And I’m breastfeeding they could’ve gotten my baby sick as well!!...
