Poor Customer Service. This is the 3rd time we order from the Subway app for Curbside pickup. The app specifies that when you arrive at the location to pick up the order to call. We have parked infront of the store the 3 times and called. The phones rings and rings and rings and no one picks up. Each time the store has had no customers, so its not that the employees could say they were busy. Yesturday we ordered. When we got there we parked infeont of the Subway and calles. At 6 PM spent I one hour just to order because there was only one person working in the whole store. Who runs a business and only has one worker? The owner should be ashamed to even own this place. Read moreI know we all have bad days and sometimes it can show but it seems like the employee today was not happy. Came in for a BLT footlong, i asked if only the bacon could be toasted, the guy seemed bothered and only grabbed a small amount. After seeing that it hardly had bacon even though it was a BLT, I asked for more and he was not pleased. At the end I paid $18+ for a sandwich that i had to toast the bacon at home.
