
I have been coming here for over a year & have gotten services with a few different techs because my main techs has been out so I wanna share how overall this location is amazing. Honorable mention Jennie being my girl that never disappoints from her quality of service to her vibes. Truly a 10/10 experience. She was out on maternity leave so I had to experiment with different techs till she got back. So I wanna mention other techs I found to give great service as well. Linet, Sulema, Jailyn all amazing techs not only giving good service but very personable. The nail garden may have steep prices to some but the over all experience is 100% worth it. Also want to mention Alexa the front desk assistant I have primarily dealt with is exceptional at her job. She is very kind, and so accommodating. Truly a delight to speak to and have as the face of this establishment.
Now I want to mention the only tech I truly have had a problem with here and I think is unprofessional, and to put it bluntly extremely rude. Cire, my first experience with her was watching her deal with a client that was getting a service by her. She was asking her a question and shushed her client because she was on the phone. Obviously that didn’t sit well with me and decided back then I wouldn’t ever choose her as a tech for myself.
Now fast forward to recently where I had a family emergency and had to cancel my appointment and take which ever tech was available because of a wedding I was going to.
Unfortunately, without realizing it was Cire. Not only did she start almost 45 mins late with no apology. She of course was on the phone almost the whole time during my service. She was rude, spoke with such a condescending tone to me and did everything she could to up charge me, and frankly the set she did was underwhelming leaving my nails full of dead skin where I had to go home and clean up my own nails.
Where I understand we are all human and have things in our personal lives we need to attend to and be available for or even have a hard day where sometimes it’s difficult to keep the mask on. But unfortunately that is not the case with her because I have witnessed her be this way with many clients over the past year.
I personally feel as someone who has her own company and knows how challenging it can all be it is extremely unprofessional to behave in the fashion Cire does because luckily for me I have experienced many other techs here so I know this isn’t the overall experience. But what if it was my first time here and it was with her? Honestly I wouldn’t come back.. because I would think man not only are they pricey but this is how they treat you.

Read moreI've had my last straw with this place because I started coming in March of this year because a friend recommended me to go here and it was going good so far but then I started noticing that they start changing my appointments time to earlier or later and the reason I chose a specific time and I chose it in advance it's because of my work schedule but they didn't care and they would squeeze people or their friends in knowing that I have made my reservation with this place for this time for A reason and they did not value it and today they move my appointment 15 minutes later and I said OK that's fine because I am coming from work and when I get there at 2:15 PM they told me they were running a little late and I'm guessing a little late means 15 minutes 20 minutes the most but instead I was waiting a whole hour just to be attended for pedicure. And I told the lady something because no one checked on me to see if I needed something like a cup of water or coffee or something and apologize several times nothing. And when I told the lady in the front that I'm going to leave because I've been waiting here she said OK I'll sit you down right now please don't leave I'll go ahead and run the water for you while you're waiting for her if she is almost done I promise and I'm like OK if I sit down that's fine but I have somewhere to go and she sat me down and took off my nail polish and put me in water and next thing you know I'm waiting 15 more minutes to be seen and she wasn't even done while my nail lady was over there laughing and talking and taking her sweet time and I decided to just get up dry my feet and I told the lady in the front you know what I am just going to leave because this is stupid that I am waiting here for over an hour for someone just to do my feet while she's over there talking and I know what it is to be a customer service because I've been in for a while and I work at a doctors office and I know what it is sweet but I lease I offered the patients water and I apologize I had conversations with them I try to rush things but no one even thought about my time so I am going to leave and I'm going to look for another place because the nail place that I used to go before never made me wait this long only 5-10 minutes and that's it. The customer service here is not great and they don't even ask how you are doing or if you need a couple water or attend you very well. Read moreThis was the worst salon experience I have ever had in my entire life. Just a few hours after my pedicure service I look at my feet and they are still dry and have dead skin just as I walked in with. To begin with, I booked my appointment for 9am just to receive a text asking me to move it up to 8am instead. I accepted, and showed up at 8am. Once I sat at the chair my nail tech did not speak a single word to me from start to finish. In addition, she was completing the service while looking away most of the appointment time to address other people around us. She was having full blown conversations with everyone around her, not addressing me at all. All the conversations were of her complaining about personal matters, complaining about their uniform colors, talking about birthdays, etc. Also, every client had a coffee provided by the salon except me, since she did not bother to even say good morning to me or ask my name. Aside from all that, I paid extra for a spa pedicure and it was the biggest waste of money in the entire world. When using the little machine to buff out the skin of the heels and any callouses, she was looking away and talking the ENTIRE. TIME. She barely put it on my feet, and only put the exfoliating scrub on my legs that I PAID EXTRA FOR, for like 10 seconds with no real scrubbing of my feet/legs with her hands before rinsing it off. I did NOT receive the massage that was supposedly included with the essential oils, she did not put the foot mask while she painted the toes as stated in the description, but instead she put the mask on my legs as lotion at the end of the service, not even rubbing my legs; just putting it on as a thin layer and leaving my legs sticky with this thick mask that wasn't even massaged in. I came here in preparation for a wedding later that day and was left extremely dissatisfied. Not only will I never be returning here, I will be telling everyone I know in the area to never come to this location.
