Miracle Mile Shopping Center — Local services in Hialeah

Took a drive to Lowes for a change ,there isn't any local by me. I had seen a couple of watering cans advertised I liked the look of also wanted to check there garden center .There was some great plants, I may have bought if they weren't withered and verchally almost dead from lack of water. So so sad and sorry, why do these big box stores have plants and then have no one to water them. Came to the Target. Barely had chip options and the soda ally was a joke. Asked a work where I could find face mask, instead of stopping and acknowledging a customer with a visual impairment I was simple told where to find it, I was simply pointed in the direction.
