April 15 2025 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I go to this Subway often for lunch. I made my order on the app but for some reason it said pick up 1:45...my lunch is 12-1 so obviously it wouldnt make sence for me to put that pick up time which i explained to what i believe to be the manager and a sales associate, she said she couldnt prepare the order untill its received on their part and to give it a few minutes and call back. I called back the order still hadnt been received, i asked her if I can go into the store and show them the order and order # so I can get my food and once they receive the order they can put a note that it was picked up and she said no, she said i had to cancel through the website, i told her the mngr had prevously said she could cancel it later. On the website it clearly states that if a customer wants to cancel the order or make a change that you gotta call the restaurant. I cqlled again asked to spk with the Manager and I was placed on hold for a lengthy time and hung up on. When i called back they picked up and immediately hung up, I called again same thing, by the 3rd call I think they had blocked my number. Where are the days where the customer is slways right!? I just wanted to get the food I paid for and their lazyness and unwillingness to even attempt to remedy the situation was lacking. What infuriates me the most is that i go there often, they even know my order because i always get the same food, they weren't willing to come up with a reasonable solution, they simply did not want to help me. I will never go eat at this Subway, they are not loyal to their customers, they lack good customer service. I had to call my bank to put in a claim and have to wait untill they receive my money for food I wasnt able to get.
I highly recommend you dont go eat here, theres other places in the same plaza to have a bite to eat.
