China Buffet — Restaurant in Hialeah

Came with my family yesterday for the first time the place was a little dark which should had been my first warning sign then second sign should had been when i saw a staff member eating from another place takeout in the dinning area and 2 tables down was the table he was waiting for he would ask them if they need anything then sit down and eat then they left like a good 10 minutes later and he took their plates and sat down and finished his food all with the same dirty hands then the third was the food is out of temperature and the taste was off on quite several items then in the corners the amount of dirt pilled up on the old furniture and the desserts still in the manufacturer box lol I'm in disbelief and im only writing this cause im physically sick the next day non stopped pooping and vomiting this is a warning to the public oh and its a minimum tip of 9dollars the server was nice so that wasn't really a problem to me but all she did do was sit us down and get us 1 refill then when we went to go pay we went back to the front and the cross contaminating waiter who was eating and serving guest stopped us and sent us back to the table to stand and wait next to the table like weirdos only for the same waitress to take it back to the same counter we were going to in the first place if you have so many staff make them clean and who is checking the food before it goes out to the floor and not even a bit of hand sanitizer anywhere the wood work and the fish tank was definitely nice aside from that smh y'all gotta do better for the community image...

Have been here several times because the buffet is fun and can be satisfying. Truth is, it's super hit or miss. But I have enjoyed eating here for the most part. However, the last time I was there, and it will be the very last, the server chastised our table for not eating all of our food in two different languages. Something was off with the sushi, so there was quite a bit of it left but we didn't know that when we put it on our plates.

Mind you, sometimes the items are cold or unpleasant when tasted. On this day, it was the ragoon, sushi, and some chicken offerings that were a fail. Aside from the fact that we had to consistently fish for clean plates out of the plates provided. No one complained about that, we just found clean plates and kept it moving.

But for the server to think she can address us loudly in a chastising manner when we were never rude or complained to her about anything, including the hot tea kettle leaking all over the table and myself as it was being poured, is just beyond the pale. At the end of the day, we are still paying to eat there. I don't want to hear about how much I am or am not eating. It ruined the experience and our weekly visit to this place to not return.

If you do go, opt for the fresh Mongolian grill as the lo mein will be made to order with your chosen ingredients. That was decent as well as the black pepper chicken and chicken on a stick. Go at your own risk because that server will inevitably catch the right one on...

This was the worst experience in my life with a buffet. My husband, my son, and I decided to have lunch at this buffet. We walked in and asked for a Table. As we where directed to our table I notice the rug floor was so filthy dirty, and the ceiling looked like it had leak holes. In the back the buffet area was disgusting, the lights were dimmed down low so you could not barely see where you are walking on a dirty floor with food and possibly roaches. The food looked like it was sitting there for a while. The lady that worked there was adding more rice to the older rice in the same rice tray. As I served my self a plate of rice and the fried honey chines chiken I walked back to my table and began to eat. The rice was ok but the chicken was cold . So disappointed in the food quality. I really thought it would be better. I spoke to the manager that the food and the food buffet area was disgusting and not appealing . I told him I hope I would not get sick after eating here. The manager reaction was a surprise face he did not even say I am sorry or acknowledged me what I was telling him. He acted as if he did not know how to speak.
