In my opinion the food was not all that for it to be a healthy choice. As soon as you walk in to the restaurant it set up as a buffet everything open and un covered even the hot side. The lady then ask what you would like, I chose the large chicken salad bowl which included up to 6 topping, lettuce, corn, black olives, feta cheese, onions, for addition cost I added avocado and croutons. The smoothies are the only best choice to get rather than the food. The salad bowl I chose was not great. The chicken laid out alongside the steak and ground beef options in separate warm trays. But, When I started to eat the chicken from my salad bowl it tasted as if it had been sitting there for a while and the chicken was slimy and chewy with fat trims. I immediately started to pick at my salad and took almost all the chicken out. My husband got the chicken Caesar wrap with the same chicken. He could not eat it. The lady that served us our food was nice, we know she is probably just the server and not to blame for the quality of the chicken so we did not say anything because did not want to make it feel awkward. But I keep thinking about how nasty that chicken was and decided to let you know about it, and the fact that it is over priced. We purchased 3 smoothies, salad bowl, chicken wrap, water bottle and it came out to a total of$90 dollars. I would not choose to dine in this place again. The quality of the chicken stayed horrible. I visited this smoothie spot yesterday to grab a bite to eat. I've been here before and overall have had pretty good experiences. However, this time was definitely not one of them.

I have never been made to feel like a thief before in my life. My sister and I placed our food order at the iPad, and while waiting for it to be ready, I went ahead and purchased a juice and a Coke separately with the cashier at the front. Once our food was ready, I placed the juice and Coke on the tray — and that’s when a worker rudely asked me if I had paid for them. I told her yes, and that I had a receipt to prove it.

Instead of listening, she grabbed the receipt from the iPad order and told me it didn’t show the juice or Coke, only the food. I explained again that I paid for the drinks separately at the register. Thankfully, the cashier who had rung up my juice and Coke confirmed that I had indeed paid.

For how expensive their food is, you would think their customer service would be better. No customer should ever be made to feel like a thief — especially when I had a receipt and calmly explained the situation. Very...
