I normally don’t leave reviews, but after the consistent issues I feel this is a proper avenue at this point so people can decide if they want to drive somewhere else. Amber specifically is very rude at the drive thru window. I come here regularly because it’s the closest to my house and, every single time, she ignores you at the window for a while, is generally passive aggressive, and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job anymore. It’s a very obvious and consistent pattern and it’s extremely off-putting. Sometimes there won’t be a single car behind us in the line but she’ll instruct us to pull around and wait (for just a coffee and a croissant?) where she sends someone else out with the order. I used to tip, but obviously don’t anymore due to the lack of positive service, and I think she realized that and has been absolutely worse ever since. I’ve never been rude, and I always have really positive experiences with other staff members. I’ll tip them because they’re nice and aren’t rude for no reason. But I would maybe suggest having generally nice people at the customer-facing roles, especially if they change how they act depending on if you pay extra money to them even though they’re rude to begin with. It really sucks that this is the closest coffee place to us (my spouse has the same experiences there too) and every time I leave I debate just going somewhere else from now on. Read moreBe careful if you have allergies! This store is so unreliable. I order an impossible breakfast sandwich, and it's not unusual to get a regular sausage sandwich. I always order almond milk, no whip, but I end up with stomach pain bc they use regular dairy. It's not always this way, but it depends on who's working. This store is the Dunkin of Starbucks. Always check your order before driving off. The staff is kind overall. It's the nearest location to my work, only 3 mins away, but I'll be driving to the next closest location moving forward or just go to Dunkin in the opposite direction on the same road. They're cheaper and don't ever get it right either. I've tried numerous times to give this store a chance but for the price im paying, I'd like to not end up with an upset belly the rest of the day bc they don't care to use the milk substitute I pay for. Again, the staff is super kind. They just don't get it right every time. Sometimes, they do. Today, they "re-made" my drink, but I'm sure that's the whip cream they had put on the original drink they handed me. I simply asked for more oat milk in my coffee ( which has never been a issue) two of the baristas kept looking at each other, then one woman finally comes over with such a nasty attitude saying they usually charge for extra oat milk. I would have been fine paying for more if that's this stores policy. I asked the woman what the problem was and she rudely said well I don't have to fill it for you, if you would let me talk without interrupting you would know! Umm excuse me?! I have worked in customer service for a long time and there has been plenty of times were I wanted to tell a customer how I felt too!
