I am writing to express my profound gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service I received from your team at Don Nester Chevrolet dealership in Roscommon, Michigan, during a recent incident involving my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox.
Just hours after driving my newly purchased vehicle off the lot, I encountered a major engine problem that completely incapacitated the car. Despite being 90 miles away from the dealership, the team at Don Nester Chevrolet promptly responded to my distress call, demonstrating an impressive level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Not only did the team at Nester Chevrolet arrange for my vehicle to be picked up, but they also provided me with a loaner car to ensure my mobility was not compromised. This gesture was greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers.
Furthermore, I am delighted to inform you that Nester Chevrolet repaired my vehicle with a remanufactured engine at no charge to me. This act of goodwill and generosity exceeded my expectations and further solidified my trust in Nester Chevrolet
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone at Nester Chevrolet involved in resolving this issue. Their passion for customer service and understanding of the situation was truly remarkable. I am grateful for the way everything was handled and I am pleased to continue my relationship with Don Nester Chevrolet
Once again, thank you for turning a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience. I look forward to many more years of being a satisfied Don Nester Chevrolet customer.
Yours sincerely,
Stephen J. Perialas 11570 Lancewood Drive Roscommon, MI 48653

Read moreTHIS PLACE SUCKS!!! David and the sales manager Mike just don't care at all about customer service and are very unprofessional. Stop thinking about people as just a pay check. The General Manager, Matt Nester and Owner need to really look at who they have working for them and provide staff and management with the basic training. Who is representing your brand? Covid is over and order taking is gone! Try being a salesperson. TRAINING!! 2 weeks prior to arriving, I asked David to look over the vehicle for damage, because pictures online can be very deceiving. My wife and I drove 2.5 hours to buy a used vehicle for $30,000, CHECK in hand, When I got there they had put a bug guard on the hood to hide damage. When I asked David about the damage all he could say was "it's a used car, if you do not like it then do not buy it" and walked away. I had to chase him back into the store. How about sorry for wasting mine and my wife's time? How about sorry what can I do to help? The Sales Manager did not even try to help either, he just stood there like he was lost. As a salesperson, I would have never had someone drive that far without full disclosure of the damage especially after they asked. I am a Sales Manager and the last thing I want is an angry customer in my dealership, I would try to help someway, not just too bad and let them leave pissed with check in hand. Nester family, my wife drives a Suburban and my daughter drives as well, 3 car sales you will never get from us or anyone we know. Extremely...

The conversations leading to the day of delivery were pleasant and simple in that there was no “dealer jargon” and no fine print. The day of delivery I had expected things to start operating like the dealerships near home. Can I interest you in this $90,000 truck for only $1,500 a month with approved credit. And the first thing I heard from Ed Krause said to me was “Good Morning, Welcome to Nester Chevrolet. Would you like something to drink?” Not what would you like us to spend you money on today? Ed is a very down to earth and decent human being. He introduced me to his sales manager Scott Thompson who also was more interested in getting to know me, not how deep my wallet was. Bobby Nix was also very pleasant to work with on the deal with my truck. Roscommon is a little over 7 hours (495 Miles) one way. It is a trip I would be more than willing to make again in the future. Sidenote- the whole team is very supportive of our troops. Being one of those troops I felt very welcomed, and appreciated for my 20 years of service. If there was the option to add 2 more stars to this review, I would. After I returned home with my new vehicle, anytime I had questions or concerns with paperwork or anything the response was very fast and accurate. Thank-you again for everything Ed, Scott, Bobby and the entire Nester...
